Sit on the balcony and watch the magnificent sunsets and views to Lancelin Island from this self-contained beach house set across the road from the best beach in town. This property has just had a full renovation with all new Kitchen appliances and completely renovated bathrooms. This property is within a short walk to the Lancelin Tavern and the Lancelin Beach Hotel and is ideal for that family getaway.
NB The garage is not available for guests to use.
Fencing is Temporary but secure.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Property was excellent other than power tripping every 5 hours but easy to resolve. Comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, cups etc.

I feel $220 for cleaning a bit excessive when you are told to leave the place as you found it. COVID is over,you need to be less demanding of the paying guests

Reviewer Comments: Excellently located holiday home, newly renovated and well appointed uptstairs with thoughtfully supplied kitchen; down-stairs bathroom/toilet/laundry also very good but gave only 3 three stars for 'property's general condition' as downstairs double-bed and three single beds really need to be up-graded to align in quality of those up-stairs. A couple of 'normal height' kitchen chairs would also be good as our elderly parents (80 and 84 y.o.) had trouble sitting on the higher bar style chairs. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyable accommodation from all other aspects!

Perfect Location

Loved our stay with close proximity to beach and eating venues. We did stay when it was very very hot and the fans in all four bedrooms wasn’t enough. Also the bedrooms upstairs need new mattresses and a downstairs fridge would be an advantage. The house was very clean and had enough room for 8 adults, having a bathroom upstairs and down was perfect.

Great spot - just across road from beach, and walking distance to both pubs and to shops - along the beach walk path /cycleway. Main living room/kitchen upstairs light & bright & airy - good views over water from inside or out on balcony. Recently renovated kitchen / living room & bathrooms, with all equipment provided.

Good location

Great unit in walking distance to both pubs, lookout and jetty. Updated kitchen and furniture. Unfortunately we had to supply our own linen and towels which is not something you take with when on holiday. Lacked a few complimentary condiments like salt, pepper , tea and coffee. Probably could have been cleaned a bit better as dead bugs around the place. One of the beds at the back of the unit is very uncomfortable and no extra blankets supplied.

Perfect view

Great spacious unit, clean and tidy and comfortable, but could do with some maintenance upgrades , would only stay in that unit in weather that’s not raining as a leak in roof and huge puddle outside front door otherwise awsome view from the balcony . In a great spot park across the road, walking distance to shops and 7 min walk to both pubs with great meals, great view of ocean and entertainment, our preference was the endeavour pub .

Beautiful location

Took us 1.5 hours to contact the property manager to get the code for the lock box, we had elderly people with us and had to wait in the car until she eventually answered her mobile. Stairs in property are bordering on dangerous

It is in need of some TLC and showing signs of wear and tear in some areas. However the space is great for kids, comfortable and clean. Ideal location over looking the bay, close walk to pubs, shops, parks etc. Karen local agent was a great help and easy to deal with, a great asset for the local tourism.
