We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Great Bison Lodge. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 to spread out. The house is beautiful, the view is fantastic.We had a few questions and the manager/owners responded immediately. The nearby marina was very accommodating.I highly recommend, already have several friends.

Beautiful Location

Plenty of room with a good community pool for the kids and the location placed us away from all the tourism. Had a few problems with the house but the agent and owner very responsive.

Perfect home

We stayed here for a family reunion and this home was perfect! It was spacious, cozy, and the view off the back deck every morning and evening was incredible! We had a very large group and had room to spread out and come together! The kids loved the pool and bunk room!

We Love the Location at Baxter Landing…. Far enough out to be away from Tourist/Branson… but close enough to go play in town if you want to. ( surely dont Need to, The Lake is Here!)

Wonderful house

This was the perfect set up for our extended family! Loved the views, the deck, hot tub and the layout of the house. All the cousins loved the bunk room and community pool. The pickle ball court was also a family favorite. Very clean, very relaxing.

Lovely cozy cabin

Just got home tonight after a lovely weekend at Table Rock Lake. We had the best view ever. This home was beyond expectations! Great for a peaceful family weekend. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation 2023

Five grown children and spouses and ten of our grandchildren stayed in this home for four nights. It was the perfect location and accommodations for our large group. We were able to have swim day at the pool and rented a pontoon from Baxter marina. Amazing views of the lake during dinners and game night!

Family Vacation

This is the perfect place to bring your family together in one place. The house has so much space and it's on three levels so everyone has their own space from the adults to teens to tweens. The kitchen is big and was stocked very well with everything you need plus the second kitchen gave us the refrigerator space we needed. Lots of wide open space and beautiful decks.

Unbelievably Beautiful!

The property was amazing! Clean, very well stocked kitchen, gorgeous view of the lake too! We went during Christmas and it was decorated for the season. There was a problem during our stay because of a septic issue and the owner took care of it in a timely way even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. He reimbursed us too for having trouble and took care of us well. We would work with this owner again and hope to be able to stay at this property in future!

The place was perfect for us. There was room for large group gatherings, small group gatherings or you could get away by yourself. A couple of small glitches (grill was broken and one coffee pot didn’t work) but nothing that ruined the stay. We’ll definitely go back!

Fantastic

Pictures do not do this property justice- it’s beautiful, welcoming and so many small details are part of this home. This home feels welcoming from the moment you open the door. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back. So appreciative of all the thoughtful extras in this home.

Great owner

We had a good experience for the most part. When we arrived the hot tub was not available as there was an issue with it. It had to be drained and cleaned so it wasn't available until sunday and we arrived on Friday. It was cleaned and used a few times but then the last night it messed up again. The owner was great and worked out the issues with us. However there was also a mess is the fridge that we had to clean up when we arrived as the cleaners couldn't get it done. We also had to clean up numerous other things and also took pictures of some damages from the previous renters. Other than that the cabin was beautiful and our family enjoyed being there. Overall I gave it 4 stars just due to having to clean and not being able to use the hot tub the whole time otherwise this would get 5. Joel is a great owner and wonderful person to rent from.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

The photos do not do it justice. This property is wonderful!! The view is unbeatable and so very relaxing. I did contact them about an issue while we stayed and they responded immediately and fixed it for us. My family is large so there was 19 of us mixed of adults, infants, toddlers and teens. We also said that the beds were very comfortable and the couch makes for a wonderful napping spot. There was plenty of space to spread out but also a wonderful space to all be together. If you are anything like us we love our privacy and don't normally choose houses with neighbors. This place does have close neighbors but the way it is set up it still provided a lot of privacy. We also enjoyed having access to the pool, playgrounds, kayaks, outdoor games and fireplaces. It was also within walking distance to the campground so we could put our paddle boards in right there which was very convenient as well as provided a nice walking path for our daily outings. We did rent a boat from the marina that is next to the campground also within walking distance from the house. They were wonderful to work with and having it so close was a major plus for us! We plan to be back soon because the property was well stocked, great communication, amenities, views and gathering space.

Making Memories

I have wanted to take my family to the Christmas Stampede show for several years but last year right before Christmas I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, so the trip was more important to me to make the memories with my children and grandchildren. The house was fabulous and looking from the outside when you first get there you think there is not enough.room for everyone, but it was just fabulous. Everything was as listed and even though we initially had trouble finding the house, our guest host was easily available when called and helped us get to where we needed to go. Everyone had a great time and I have so many happy memories that I will never forget. I would recommend a stay at this house. The lake view even in November was great. We saw deer and some bald eagles too. Thank you for a great vacation and memory trip.

Family Annual Vacation

We have decided to gather our whole family for a 4-5 night family vacation every year. There are 20 of us ranging from 7 months to 64. Our home worked perfectly for our needs. The only thing we noticed that was different from other places we have stayed at are there are no dresser drawers. So you have to keep your clothes in your suite case or hang them up in a closet. The property is walking distance to the Baxter Marina where we rented a boat for a day to do some fishing and tubing. Since Table Rock Lake is run by the US Corps of Engineers you are not allowed to fish off the dock which was a bummer for our younger grandchildren who wanted to fish more. It would be awesome if the property could get its own boat dock since there is no direct water access to fish from the bank. The pool was refreshing but a bit small with all the guests attending and there are even more cabins under construction. We had cabin #16 which had an excellent view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and they had a well supplied kitchen. As in most lake front or county homes we had a few uninvited visitors like spiders and a scorpion. No one was hurt by them tough. The family had a great time and we enjoyed the property very much.

Great family getaway

Nice place, big enough for all. Location close to the marina was great. House has a few signs of wear, but pretty minor. Only complaint is the house could have been stocked with a few essentials ( trash bags, toilet paper, salt/pepper, laundry and dish soap). But there is a store close by so no harm done. We had a great time

Large family vacation

The house and location was gorgeous! Plenty of room for all 21 of us. A few minor problems at check in with cleaning person there for an hour and a halfafter check in time, soap in only one bathroom, and ant infestation in master bedroom in and on headboatd. Notified property manager. Was a problem with laundry appliances being slow. Easy fixes and we would certainly recommend this place, best view in the area! Loved it!

Beautiful home and beautiful view! Perfect for families!

This home was so beautiful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The managers responded immediately with any questions or needs we had. The view was so beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect place for our family of 6. We brought my adult children and grandson. We were able to spread out on the 3 different floors to still have some space. It was a great place to stay and enjoy my family!
