Outstanding in every way. Location fantastic for anyone looking to get away for an old Florida getaway. Spectacular views of river and accomodations were top notch. Solid restaurant, bar, marina, bait shop conveniently located just a few steps next door. Highly recommend......p.s... tread lightly with the locals.

This was the perfect house for our family. We rented it to be close to the wedding venue where my daughter got married. I loved how each floor had its own living area. Also had plenty of room to host the wedding party between the rehearsal and the dinner. The views were beautiful on the water and the fish house next door was excellent so we walked over there several times for lunch.

So close to the wedding venue for our daughter’s wedding. We hosted a small welcome party the night before the wedding and our guests couldn’t say enough nice things about the house. Views were beautiful. Looking out and seeing the Dolphins was so serene.

Amazing place on the Indian River

Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool.

Beautiful accommodation. View was spectacular. Morning sunrise. Cool breezes. Beds were comfortable air conditioning was great. Kitchen appliances and utensil plentiful. Grounds were lush and beautifully well maintained. Host was pleasant and quick to respond. Loved every minute. Wish there were more family games and deck of cards. Forgot ours.

Mini Vacay

Had never visited this part of Florida. The area was beautiful. No crowds or congestion. The fishing and outdoor spaces were great. Perfect place to get away from it all!

Great memories!

Great house and great location! This unique property is great for families that have older children to where you can travel together yet still have your own private spaces. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and very responsive. we are looking forward to returning and making a family annual trip out of this property.

Book the house!!

We booked this house to have our rehearsal dinner, and get ready the morning of our wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. There’s a lot of space to accommodate a bigger family. Pam was super responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to book this house again!
