This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey home is in the perfect holiday location. Within easy walking distance to Nelson Bay's Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, it is located in one of Port Stephens most sought after destinations.

The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the ground floor adjacent to the modern fully stocked kitchen and the lounge and dining room. Downstairs you will also find the garage converted into a huge media / rumpus room for the kids to enjoy with a Smart Tv and its own split system air conditioner.

Upstairs you will find another small lounge area, main bathroom and two other bedrooms with queen beds.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, BBQ and outdoor entertaining setting ensures you have everything you need to enjoy your break.

If the location of your holiday home is the most important thing. you can't go past Little Beach Beauty!

Weekend away

Great location, clean and well maintained and very spacious. Plenty of parking and although at back of property the house is private. Walking distance to Shoal Bay and Little Bay and to Nelson Bay if you don't mind a walk.

Great central location and very confortable

Great location. 10 mins walk from little beach 15 mins walk to shops at Shoal Bay and 25 min walk to shops at Nelson Bay so very central. Well appointed and well maintained house. Ideal for larger groups with plenty of room. Smallish but usable outdoor area. The air conditioning works well in warm weather.
