Vail Row House Heart Of Vail Village, Walk To Lifts
Vail Row House is located just steps to Bridge Street, Gondola One and Vail Village. Directly across the street from Buzzs Ski Shop. This is the best location you can have in the Village. You wont want to stay any where else in Vail after having stayed here!
This town home backs up onto Gore Creek. One assigned parking spot in front of the unit. Recently completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and there is a large wood burning fireplace and a gas grill on the front deck. Bedding is king and two twins; queen bed; two twins. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
