3-Bedroom Meadow Creek Townhome

Meadow Creek is located just steps to Free TOV bus (every 20 minutes) in West Vail. Lots of space for you to enjoy Vail at a reasonable cost. The grocery stores, several restaurants that are located in West Vail are just across the interstate from our town home. Great location and a great value! Covered carport parking space, fireplace, deck and remodeled kitchen.

I have a professional management company on call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems you may encounter. Sales Tax is 14.8%, Direct Key Pick-Up, Keys Not Left 'Under the Mat'. Minimum Stay is 3 - 6 Nights. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

A gem in Vail

The location was amazing and the accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the real wood fireplace, the cleanliness and the fact the use of the shuttle was an option for us right across the street. We also also appreciated the large dining room table where we played board games at night. Thank you for having all of us. Happy New Year!! Cheers

Unit okay, management below par

Check in was terrible, unit was not ready so we had to wait in the grocery store parking lot for 2 hours. We had been in the car all day.. management seemed not to care. ( not a big deal for them). Most rentals have key pads for entry, management gave 2 keys, we had 4 adults going different ways so we had to hide a key. Then had to return keys to management before leaving which was inconvenient.

Sorry for your arrival issue. Check in is at 4pm, and when you show up at 1:30pm, you may have to wait if the unit is not ready. As your arrival day was a major departure/arrival day. We got the unit serviced as soon as we could on that day. If you wanted more than 2 keys, just ask. We do require keys to be returned on your departure.

This place needs work

The property was not very clean on arrival, the wifi did not work, we ran out of hot water, the stove cooktop did not work, the doors on the laundry area were broken. When I contacted the property manager, he acted like I was at fault for not contacting him sooner. I could go on, but don't see a point. I definitely don't recommend staying here!

This is not a true review. The unit had just been cleaned from the prior guest that left the property a day before your arrival. The stove cook top works perfectly, there is a 50 gallon hot water heater for a two bathroom townhome, any issues that come up and we get notified about, our property manager responds.....there is Comcast wifi in the condo, and it works.....maybe there was an issue in the password..... The bathrooms were just completely redone this fall. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

Great property and location!

This was a great property for 4 guys. Has some nice updates and the location can't be beat (right across the street from a shuttle stop). Property manager was super easy to deal with too. Will definitely consider booking this property for a future visit.
