Beautiful Waterfront Condo on the Marco River. 1King bed, 1 full bath. Spacious living area, two flat screen TV's, full Kitchen, east facing Lanai.
2 Community waterfront pools with hot tubs, fishing pier, BBQ areas, tennis courts, shuffleboard and community room. Close to boating, shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. This unit is fully equipped for everything you need for your tropical stay!
This unit has 1 BR with King size bed that sleeps 2. Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for additional guests.

My favorite condo. Amazing views and such a beautifully kept condo. I really enjoyed my stay again. The pool was perfect and you can’t beat that view while swimming. Thank you again Rich and Pam! Can’t wait to go again.

An updated condo with a view

3rd floor, newly updated, condo in Bldg. A with view of the bridge and marina. Occasional boat goes by. Note: Office for parking pass is located at the far end of attached building B. Drawers/closets contain many useful items including rackets, spare batteries, etc. Owner texts entry codes for unit and parking the day before, making check in easy.

Charming with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch with the ceiling fan. Sunrise was amazing with a cup of coffee.

Great location

Wonderful vacation

We loved seeing the sunrise over the water. This unit has excellent views. Everyone at the resort is so friendly. The unit was very well stocked and would be great for a couple or family.

There are no words on how much I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location, views were breath taking, watching the amazing sunrises and the condo was in excellent condition. I'm going to try to book another stay in the next year.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This property was very clean and quiet. It was well equipped with anything you might need and was conveniently located. It was not right in the middle of town which made it quieter but was very close to anyplace you needed to go. We enjoyed staying in this rental.

Perfect vaca!!

Rich & Pam’s place was perfect…clean, lots of extras, beautiful views of the sunrise & passing boats, gorgeous pools, walking distance from some amazing restaurants & a short drive to shops. Rich was an excellent host who answered any questions ASAP & check in/entering was quick and easy! We’d definitely book this place again!!!

The view alone is worth a million $$$$

Every check mark on this wonderful property was met. Clean, and many extras included. The owner supplies high-quality sand chairs, umbrella, floats, pool noodle, and so many little touches. We spent a week in a clean condo and spent countless hours on the balcony with the best view. Communication was immediate. We will absolutely be renting from Rich again. Thank you for everything.

Nice Property

Overall complex was under renovation which we were not aware of when renting. The unit was nice bit limited paper products in the bathroom. What was there was 3/4 used. Otherwise nice unit for quick stay. We did not use any complex amenities so cannot comment. Overall nice water views from the unit.

The condo was great, location good, very clean

I called Richard to inform him we were out of kleenex and almost out of toilet paper. His response, " we don't give an endless supply." We started with a partial box of kleenex, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. I was not asking for an endless supply!! His refusal was unacceptable!

Exactly ars represented

We stayed for 1 month and enjoyed ourselves the whole stay. The first thing I noticed was that the condo was found exactly as represented. The pictures provided did not hide anything and did show exactly what you expected. What the pictures did not show that you did not get the sunset but what you did get was the sunrise every morning. You also got to see the Princess and Black Pearl pass by along with the other boats and very close due to how the bay was dredged. The place has been recently renovated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked (plates, utensils, cooking ware etc.) and there were coin operated laundry facilities outside near the elevator on the same floor level. We did not use the tennis courts, but used the 2 swimming pools and the dock / pier where one can fish from. There were also boat slips one could rent. Another nice thing was the location of the condo which was on the quiet side of town and walking distance to over a dozen restaurants. Even though we were there for the month of February, the place of 275 condo units did not seem over crowded. There were only 2 of us as it does say the place can sleep 4 with using the sleeper sofa. With the 1 bathroom one might feel over crowded. We can also say the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.

Quiet Sanctuary

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend in Marco Island. The condo was clean, quiet and had all we needed. Grocery and drugstore are very close if you forget to bring something. The balcony was my favorite! We sat often to watch the sunrise, occasional dolphin and boats. We enjoyed eating at Island Gyspy Cafe and Sunset Grille where you can see the sunset on the beach. There is some work in progress on some of the condos, but nothing that happened over the weekend while we were there. Thank you Richard and Pam for a wonderful Anniversary weekend!
