This Incredible 1Bed 1Bath Condo is located in the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Unit 702 has a Full Ocean View, fully equipped kitchen with full size stove/oven, microwave, and small Fridge. It has a Family Room with Pull Out sofa sleeper, balcony overlooking the ocean and a separated bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom has a separate tub and shower .

PLEASE NOTE THAT 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 6 BEACH TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU. THE HOTEL WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE THERE BEACH CHAIRS OR TOWELS. THE BUSINESS ROOM IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU BUT FREE WIFI IS IN THE ROOM.
March 1 2025 through June 1 2026 RENOVATIONS being done at different times at different locations on the building. Valet parking will be required during this time for your safety. No pool available until end of April 2026

The "ocean view" is a bit of a stretch as its obstructed by palm trees and other buildings. Also, the owner did let us know the pool was being renovated, but its also the entire patio that is as well so there are workers present fairly close to right outside the balcony. The parking is also a bit confusing having to use two separate elevators to leave the building then to go up to your vehicle. The room was nice, just not relaxing with construction noise and a lack of views.

Great place to vacation!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the evening and watching the beautiful sunsets! Afterwards we would set on the balcony to relax. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at, some within walking distance and others a short drive away.
