The condo is located in the Apollo Condominium complex on the Southern section of Marco Island. It is located on the 8th floor over looking the entire White Crescent Beach with southwest exposure. Gorgeous sunsets, panoramic beach and Gulf views from your private balcony!

Recently upgraded including, duvet comforter in master king bedroom,wireless internet, flat screen tvs in both living room and bedroom plus DVD-pullout full size sleeper sofa in living room,remodeled kitchen includes dishwasher,microwave,stove,range and refrig.granite counters- unit storage has beach chairs,umbrella and beach toys,cooler.. full amenity complex includes pool,hottub,tennis and gym...plus full time security staff.gated entry . Owner maintained and lives locally. Short notice OK.In season, Jan -Easter, you will need to book 1 week minimum...of course you can stay less than 1 week...but in peak season I need to book only 1 week bookings...Sat-Sat dates

Sunset Grill restaurant on site. Complex pool and hot tub, gym-private, tennis courts, gated beachfront entry and walkway -easy walk to Hilton, Marriott, shops and restaurants. Seven night minimum booking (even if you stay less)

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Marco Island

Loved the location of this property. Enjoyed our balcony daily and seeing the sunsets. Beach was great. Sunset Grille had very good food! Unit was a little dated but overall very nice.

Wonderful view. Excellent beach

Sunset views are unrivaled from the living room and balcony. Beach access and having the Sunset grill on site were bonuses. Everything was as promised and will come back again.

Great sunsets

The unit is small but comfortable. Bedding was good. Great view of the beautiful sunsets. Unit was adequate for only two in my opinion. Toaster burnt everything that was put in it. The property manager did come out but never did get the TV in the living to work. The restaurant in the condo was closed for private party except for one night during our stay. For the paid everything should be perfect

Great location, right on the beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. Wonderful view out the full width glass to the balcony. It is small but just the right size for two; hey, you'll want to be outside most of the time anyway! Only the wish the weather had been better, but nothing Apollo beach front could do about that.

Spring getaway

Small unit. Very nice for two people, but anymore would be tight. Views, beach, and area are awesome. On site restaurant worked out well for a casual dinner or drink. All of the staff and owner were very responsive and prompt. Small stove and kitchen. But, we would go back

A view to the sun lift and sunset

There is no other better way than opening the curtains to see the calm of the sea , birds, and a new sun lift. The same in the afternoon before going inside the apartment to prepare your dinner. The property was exactly as described,ir meets our expectations, place was extra clean and it was very easy to dealt with owners. Planning in coming next year,the best of all a restaurant on premises.

All was fine

We enjoyed our stay. Being on the beach, watching dolphins was wonderful. The condo was fine, but we would not go back. Storage was minimal. There was not a pantry cabinet in the kitchenette to store any dry goods. The spice cabinet was full of old seasonings, some that were stuck in the jars, needing to be thrown out. Electrical needs updating to provide for charging electronics. The location is lovely.

Not the owner’s fault

Our second day, which was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, was a disaster. A large machine was right outside our door that was so loud we couldn’t even hear conversation. We were yelling just to be heard. Our ears hurt. Workmen were blasting paint off of a balcony rail two floors below and one unit over from us. The air was so dusty, we couldn’t use our balcony and grit was coming in under the door. No one was at the desk and the workers were unresponsive. It started at 9 and continued. We gave up at 10 and left for the day. It was awful, but I’m sure Vrbo and the owner had no idea. The view was great and we enjoyed having a restaurant on the premises.

Perfect!

Everything about this get-away was perfect! It was very easy to book and communication with the owner was great! Front desk check in lady was very nice and helpful. As soon as we walked into the room our breath was taken away by the beautiful view! The place was clean and it had everything we needed from an iron to cooking utensils and even shampoo and sunscreen! Beach chairs, towels, noodles and the umbrella were CLUTCH! All were in great condition and clean. The pool was beautiful and clean and was a nice place to hop in after a long day at the beach. The beach was also clean and beautiful! We were there just after the busy season so it wasn't too crowded. I think that the public access is nearby so that might be something to consider if you are coming during the busy season. The only thing that was not perfect about this place was the bed. The sheets were kind of scratchy and the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Luckily we were super tired after spending our days at the beach! Regardless of the bedding, I would still give this place 5 stars! I hope we can come back!

Love the area, disappointed in the condo.

This is a beautiful high class area. However, this condo was far below our expectations. The balcony and view was absolutely amazing and the best part of this condo! The condo was much smaller than pictures appear, not decorated very well, and had many many bad patch jobs done on the walls with no attemptto hide them at all. Seemed like owners are not willing to do basic things that would make the feel and appearance much nicer. Beach chairs were trash, and umbrella was really flimsy. We ended up spending $150 to rent chairs, umbrella and wagon for the week. There is no beach service close to here to rent on beach. So had to haul them back and forth. Otherwise, building was great, pool was great, restaurant was great! We will definitely go back to area but would not stay here again.

Very happy with our stay here

First trip to Marco Island. The owner and property manager were proactive in communicating. The condo was very nice - amazing view and location. They provided beach gear and kitchen supplies so that made things very easy. The condo itself was well maintained. I would have liked a bit more comfortable bedding but that doesn’t change the 5 star rating.
