Apollo Beach Front!! Balcony ! Sunset Views!

The condo is located in the Apollo Condominium complex on the Southern section of Marco Island. It is located on the 8th floor over looking the entire White Crescent Beach with southwest exposure. Gorgeous sunsets, panoramic beach and Gulf views from your private balcony!

Recently upgraded including, duvet comforter in master king bedroom,wireless internet, flat screen tvs in both living room and bedroom plus DVD-pullout full size sleeper sofa in living room,remodeled kitchen includes dishwasher,microwave,stove,range and refrig.granite counters- unit storage has beach chairs,umbrella and beach toys,cooler.. full amenity complex includes pool,hottub,tennis and gym...plus full time security staff.gated entry . Owner maintained and lives locally. Short notice OK.In season, Jan -Easter, you will need to book 1 week minimum...of course you can stay less than 1 week...but in peak season I need to book only 1 week bookings...Sat-Sat dates

Sunset Grill restaurant on site. Complex pool and hot tub, gym-private, tennis courts, gated beachfront entry and walkway -easy walk to Hilton, Marriott, shops and restaurants. Seven night minimum booking (even if you stay less)

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Property is in dire need of renovation. But the view was marvelous and we love Marco Island off-season. We will be returning to the Hilton or Marriott for better quality and amenities.

We had a great stay at this comfy, clean condo at the Apollo. It was just as expected, with a gorgeous view and simple, easy spaces for relaxing. We had meals on the porch, took long walks on the beach, and relaxed in the hot tub. (The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance for three days, but we enjoyed swimming in the gulf, so this wasn't an issue for us.) Everything was brighter than we recalled from previous trips to the Apollo, so the painting and renovations have made a difference. I just hope not too many other people discover this gem. For the first time, we ordered take out from the Sunset Grille, which was easy and satisfying. We also rented a double kayak from Paddle Marco for a day, and that was a fun way to get over to the pristine beaches of Dickmans Island. Communication about arriving, parking, and keys was clear. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay here

First trip to Marco Island. The owner and property manager were proactive in communicating. The condo was very nice - amazing view and location. They provided beach gear and kitchen supplies so that made things very easy. The condo itself was well maintained. I would have liked a bit more comfortable bedding but that doesn’t change the 5 star rating.
