A Smart TV is installed with a cable connection and Netflix for entertainment. It has a 2-seater sofa-bed, and WiFi is also available. In the bedroom, a queen-sized bed with a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils dining ware and split type aircon. Guests can take a refreshing shower whenever they want and can choose between hot and cold. It has a coffee maker and a water dispenser for hot and cold.

- Guests who stay less than a month can access the swimming pool for a fee of
Php200/person. Kids below 12 years old will be charged a fee of Php 100/person.

Long Stay: Php 5500 per month
Short Stay: Php 300 per day

Long rentals have free access to property amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and basketball court.
