This has to be one of the most private and cutest holiday houses in Blairgowrie - great value too! Just Beachy is a fabulous place to retreat and relax anytime - and bring your pet along! Ideally located between the back and front beach and just a short walk to Blairgowrie Village shops, cafes, and restaurants. Just Beachy is beautifully presented and has a wonderful sense of privacy. It is perfectly appointed and would suit a family or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break!

* Living and Dining *

The combined Kitchen/Dining/Living room is open plan and what you would expect when you are away having a break from the everyday routine. The kitchen has a lovely modern design, including Bosch appliances. The Dining and Living area is a wonderful space with lovely furniture and a beautiful Coonara for those colder nights. Plus it has the latest entertainment gear, including TV/DVD and sound system, to make your stay a home away from home and a memorable one. It truly is a wonderful space. Then you step outside and you are treated to the alfresco entertaining area, which overlooks the beautiful garden and private backyard. Complimented with an outdoor setting for 8 guests and a gas BBQ. A great haven for entertaining or relaxing after a great day at the beach or playing with your pet!

* Bed and Bath *

Just Beachy comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a lovely modern ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x Single beds, also a Trundle to accommodate 7 guests if required. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with garden views and ceiling fans. A central bathroom including a bath compliments the remaining bedrooms. Just Beachy is a terrific beach house, in a fantastic location offering privacy and tranquility!

Other features include central heating, laundry with washing machine, split system air-conditioning, and an outdoor shower! Plus fully fenced backyard and front yard, make this property ideal for kids and pets.

All linen and bath towels are provided. Also, beds will be made up for your arrival.

Perfect beach shack stay

We loved our stay and are already planning a return. Beds super comfy, kitchen really well equipped and an awesome yard for our four legged friend. It's a bit of a walk to bayside or back beaches, but that makes it better - fewer people and super quiet. Really well located and highly recommended for families and pets.

Well appointed property - Not pet friendly!

The property was beautifully presented and well appointed. The property is not pet friendly, nor is it pet secure. Pet friendly T’s & C’s were only specified after full payment taken. Dogs must remains outside during the day & laundry at night or bad weather. There is a tunnel to the adjoining property for the neighbors ageing cat to move between the two property’s. The neighbor’s kids on the other side access the property to retrieve balls, however leave the gate unlatched causing concern for the safety of our dogs. As a result we cut our stay short and left a day early.
