Loacted at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will discover treetop views, a beautiful swing chair, all new amenities, including a fully equiped Hampton Style kitchen, open fireplace, airconditioning, ducted heating, a luxury BBQ and outdoor setting, and lots of privacy. The property is located 5 minutes from the foreshore and ruggered back beaches, the Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrew's Brewery and so much more. This property won't disappoint. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.

Perfect spot for a getaway

La Lancia was amazing. Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and has all the comforts you need! Great location, close to beaches and amenities. One of the best short stay experiences I have had. Francesca is a lovely, helpful host. 5 plus stars!!

Beautiful Home thoughtfully appointed

We had a really lovely stay at Francesca's place. It is beautifully and thoughfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and had everything we needed and more. Private and quiet while still being close to local attractions and shops. Francesca was a great host - gave us a complimentary treat on check in, was responsive and just an overall pleasure to communicate with. Had a great time! Would stay again and would definitely recommend.
