This 3 bedroom apartment is the ultimate getaway. Located in a prime location in Sorrento, Koonya Apartments are the most sought apartments in Sorrento. Totally escape, just park the car and walk to Sorrento village's shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Or sit on the deck and enjoy the views, sip on a glass of wine, this is relaxation at its best.

Light, bright open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area, complete with modern kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, breakfast bench with stools, a dining table for 8, comfy big lounges, and a gas fireplace just perfect for those colder nights. Koonya Paradise is the ideal entertainer, with large television, music docks throughout, Wifi, and the ultimate outdoor deck/alfresco area, offering magnificent views of the bay. Complete with an outdoor dining setting for 6 guests, BBQ, and outdoor heater.

* Bed and Bath *

Bedroom one consists of 1 x Super King bed, TV including Foxtel, and stunning ensuite. Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x Queen bed and Bedroom 3 consists of 1 x set of Bunks. All rooms are tastefully decorated and have built-in robes. A central modern bathroom offering guests the opportunity to sit back and totally unwind in the spa bath.

Other features include access to Koonya Apartments communal indoor pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya complex) . Open subject to Body Corporate availability)
Heating and airconditioning throughout, and car parking for 2 cars - one car park outside the apartment and another in the underground secure car park.

Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.

Great location, great views and comfortable

Everything was great for our stay. Comfortable beds, couch and amenities. The location was great for our daughters wedding across the road at the continental and we had some beautiful photos taken of the bride here.

Gorgeous apartment adjacent to Sorrento Village

The apartment was nicely decorated and looked just like the photo's. It was very clean, well equiped, the beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. The check in process was seamless and the communication was excellent.

good but not great

Good location close to Sorrento shops/cafes.Apartment is a little tired and is in need of a refresh. Needed a better clean between rentals and old worn out dish brush , oven gloves,tea towels is not acceptable at this price point.We also had a blocked waste pipe on day one causing bathroom chaos and over flowing toilets. Property manager was helpful and prompt to fix the problem the next day but our day 1 was unpleasant. Good IT , nice fire . Easy access. Good parking. So good....... - but not great.
