About this property

This affordable, centrally located, character filled, original weatherboard home provides comfortable and relaxed holiday accommodation for up to twelve guests.
Highlights include:
- Commanding some of the best views of any property on the South Coast
- Elevated north facing aspect from the large wrap around verandah
- Enjoy the short stroll to the wonderful Rotary park + playground, Main Wharf, Local Cinema and so much more!
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two fridge/freezers - adjoins to separate dining area that seats ten-twelve people.
- Wi-Fi available.
- BBQ.
- Plenty of off-street parking.

Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Please Note: Guest surcharge of ten dollars per person per night over eight guests.
This property is also mountain bike friendly.

The property is serviced by continuous instant gas hot water servicing two showers and also heating in the separate living room and the kitchen/dining area for those cooler days and nights. The main large bathroom includes a combined shower with base suitable for bathing young children. The laundry includes a second shower. A second toilet is located under cover of the large wrap around verandah.

Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor BBQ activity). If Whale Coast Realty receive any noise complaints during your stay the booking may be cancelled immediately.

Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.

Only good thing about the property is the location with a great view.

The overall state of the property is in disrepair and very poor condition frequented by rats and mice. Deck had holes, loose nails, windows cracked and holes. One family member leaving our holiday early due to the state of the house. Otherwise the location is fantastic..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
