Sparkling clean and bright 2Bd/2Ba vacation home in Venture Out Residential Condominium! Is located on a 60' wide canal, our Dock is 35 feet. Our amenities include fish clean table, cleats, bumpers and patio table with 4 chairs. Two fabulous porches for outdoor enjoyment over looking the water and front yard. What's best is you are able to walk to all the amenities such as the pool, please be aware that the pool can be closed for regular or emergency maintenance at ****no advanced notice ****, hot tub, marina, store, rec hall, tennis and more! Interior shows fresh and clean with white interior and tropical blue /teal accent walls. Living room features a pullout queen sleeper sofa with 60" Smart TV and WiFi! Dining room offers a beautiful wood top table that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar that seats 2. Kitchen is open to the main living room and offers ample kitchen preparation space with center island. Master bedroom features a queen bed ( new mattress)with private full bathroom and a 32" Smart TV with water views and access to the porch. Guest bedroom features and full size bed (new Sealy memory foam mattress)with access to the porch and hallway bathroom access. Additional amenities include wireless internet, 3 Split A/C units, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer, tile floor, kitchen ceiling fan, BBQ grill, 2 porches.
****1 car allowed to be parked at property, additional parking for cars, boat trailers available on a ******first come, first served******for a minimal fee ($5.00 -$25/night, subject to change). On high season, I strong suggest to call a local boat trailer storage, just ask me, will send you a list of businesses near by.
****Upon check in at the gate, there is a one time registration fee of $125.00 ( per unit, credit cards payments have a 3.99% fee added) collected by gate attendant, cash payment has no added fee*******
**** 2 Boat ramps located a few steps from our unit, there you have convenient store with plenty of beer, water, ice, wine etc..... a bait and tackle shop******

Garbage and recycle bins must be at the curb, if the garbage is too heavy, they will not take it, then you can dump the excess in the dumpster located at overflow parking near the tennis court.

Close the two umbrellas, the weather changes in a heart beat and the umbrellas will dive into the canal

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Paradise in the Keys

Great location, very close to open water to fish and lobster, Hosts was awesome, communication was great from check in to check out., The home was perfect , clean, and stocked with all the comforts of home. The manatees in the canal would visit everyday . We will definitely return in the future.

The BEST vacation!

We had the best stay. The house is so clean and had everything we needed. The decor and layout was great. The location of the house is amazing and the dock is wonderful. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property

Stayed here with our family of four. Perfect size. Had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Lovely decor and very clean. Having our boat in the water right outside the back door was extremely convenient. Elaine answered all our questions quickly and was pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to come back.

Key West Vacation

Eliane’s place was very nice and met our needs for a three-night stay. All was well kept including the public facilities, pool, clubhouse, etc. A gated community, which is nice. Check-in was quick at the guard shack. Although most of our time was spent in Key West, about an hour away, we enjoyed our evenings. We would reserve this place again. One recommendation, try the new restaurant called “Broil” … amazing food and only 5 mins away from Elian’s place.

Would definitely stay again

Lovely decor, clean, convenient to Lower Keys. Host was very communicative about an issue with one of the TVs not working. Not a fan of the charge by Venture Out but the owner is not in control of that. We didn’t use any of the amenities on VO other than the hot tub a couple times but riding around it seems to be well maintained.

Great Trip to the Keys

Have used VRBO for half a dozen vacations and would highly recommend this property. Condo was clean, updated, and just the right size for our family of four. Venture Out has very nice, well maintained recreational facilities that are all within a few hundred feet of the unit - our kids spent more time in the pool than they did in the ocean. And for us, Cudjoe Key was well positioned halfway between the hustle and bustle of Key West and the beaches at Bahia Honda State Park. Would be hard to pick a better location if you want both nature and nightlife during your trip to the Keys. Finally I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Eliane was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Best Vacation Ever!

We just had one of our best vacations ever! This home is very clean, comfortable and well stocked (cooking utensils, dishes, wine glasses, ironing board, etc.). The decor is true to the Keys! The beautiful deck and grill make outdoor dining memorable! However, if you want to dine out, the local restaurants are amazing and there is a pizza place that delivers! You can take a day trip down to Key West and enjoy the beautiful sunset there or dine at the many places on the Marina. Venture Out is truly one of the best places to stay in the Keys! Thank you Eliane! You were absolutely wonderful to work with! See you next year!

Our Fam Vaca

Elaine was wonderful and easy to communicate with, and checked in on us :) Important to know: The A/C could not cool the house down for us (June, during the day, home got down to about 78) and could not be turned below 74. The master stayed pretty hot as it had sun facing slider. We had 5 people, maybe it would cool a little better with 2. The pool was great, guard gate security was easy and very friendly. Check-out info was conflicting (what was posted on door vs fridge vs VRBO). If you stay, DO bring salt, oil/Pam, etc. and trash bags. Home was very cute and had ample towels! Grill was nice to have too.

Great Location

We loved staying here so much we plan to buy a property here in the future. Being right on the water was awesome for us. My husband and son just stepped right outside to fish. I enjoyed there being a washer/dryer combo at the residence. The neighbor was nice but respected our space even though they seem very close we felt like we had our privacy. My husband really enjoyed the fish/bait freezer outside. The unit is a little humid but I think that just comes with the area. My son left a few special items and Eliane has been working with us and the cleaner to get them back to us. She has been very kind and helpful. All of the community employees are very nice and helpful as well. The location between Key West and Marathon was perfect.

12 nights in paradise

My wife and I were taking our 30th anniversary trip this December. We looked at all our options and decided the Florida keys were the best choice. We also decided on the Conch Cabana, the description, location, and amenities drew us to it. With our boat in tow, all the way from Michigan, we headed out. Upon our arrival, everything was just as described. The house was decorated nicely and was accurately described in the VRBO listing. I was amazed at how well stocked the place was. You could have prepared anything in the kitchen with the provided items. The Venture Out community was great as well. The boat launch was one of the best I’ve ever used, and I’ve used quite a few. The pool area was great, lots of furniture, warm heated water, and a lot of friendly vacationers as well. The store was well stocked and reasonably priced considering. They also had the cheapest Rec 90 fuel I have ever seen on the water. Having our boat tied up right outside the back door was incredible. The canals and access to the open water were very good, we enjoyed it as much as we could. We had an incredible dolphin encounter just a few miles up the channel from the house. I’ll try to load the video. We also did the Duval crawl one night, we had a blast! All in all it was an incredible vacation and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful stay. The cottage is well maintained. The deck outback was the perfect place for evening cocktails. The owner was very responsive to any questions. One thing worth mentioning is you can’t take showers back to back, the hot water will run out. The hot water struggled through one shower.. my husband and I don’t mind tepid water so it wasn't a big deal to us. Other than that everything was fabulous.

Exactly What We Wanted

The house was cozy and clean. Plenty of space for the two of us. We loved the back deck and patio. We enjoyed all our meals outside and used the bbq often. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back!
