St. Armand`s Canal-Front Pool Home steps to the beach!

This gem, ranch style home estate has been completely rebuilt and remodeled in 2015 from the frame including all new finishes inside and out. With fresh, coastal Old-Florida decor, it is in one of the most desirable locations on the west coast of Florida, St. Armand`s Circle being around 500 yards to Lido Beach. The 200 foot wide canal is open to the Sarasota Bay and Gulf of Mexico, with private dock to access your fishing or paddle boarding adventure or anchor your kayak, wave runner or boat rental. Walk 200 yards to St. Armand`s for shopping, dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted gas heated pool and spa/hot tub to end the evening. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. All bedrooms have smart TV`s. Enjoy board games inside and the bikes outside. We know how important coffee is even on vacation so we supply a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig.


Bring the party outside with plenty of seating, tables to enjoy your meal, gas grill and pool toys. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Ice machine in laundry room will keep those drinks extra cold. We have gas and electric heaters to make sure you are happy and warm in the pool or spa. There is a pool heat fee for pool and spa/hot tub.

Bring your littles as we have a pac-n-play and high chair you are welcome to use. Take the beach buggy for all your Lido beach needs. Toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler and totes to make it easy to stroll to the beach. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

This price includes both the main and guest house. With both, it is 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths that sleeps 8 or at a discounted rate, a 3 bedroom 3 bath in the main house only. The apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen, living room and full size stacked washer/dryer laundry closet)

There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire duration of said reservation, we will refund all money except for 3.5% of the rent for credit card administrative fees. Boaters please note if you plan to dock a boat at the house; In order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will have to clear the Ringling Relief located under south Blvd of the Presidents. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of
30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
