The Space:: Newly purchased single family 4 bedrooms home with living room, dining room , kitchen and one and half bathroom. Free guest parking in the driveway, about 3 cars. Conveniently located ,Few seconds away from Bright Light at ForestPark: 10 minutes from Springfield business district, and 20 minutes from Bradley international Airport. 10 minutes from Six Flags and Big E. About few minutes away from MGM SPRINGFIELD CASINO, Basketball Hall of Fame,MassMutual Center, and Springfield Museum , Minute away from I-91highway. Feel free to ask me about renting space for special events - My house is ideal for birthdays, graduations, friends & family gatherings and retreat packages for small business, artist and wellness retreats.
- Additional guests are allowed but please let me know beforehand. No surprises.
* Additional fee may be applied; $50 for each an additional guest after 7 people per night.

Great neighborhood!

We were traveling to a horse show for 2 nights and this was a close and safe home. Comfortable beds and amazing water pressure in the shower! Very clean as well.

Very clean, good host, well stocked kitchen, good location in Springfield, good beds and bathrooms, quiet. Living room and dining room have very unusual dramatic red furniture and a throne chair, but we enjoyed the eccentric touch.

Great working vacation location!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy to access and very comfortable. Great place for us to crash after a long day at a conference. Had everything that was needed for our working vacation.

Awesome amenities

More amenities than any other place- soaps, shampoos, lotions, candy, free water, and $2 cans of Bud Light if you want them. Living room area was great; couches so comfy. 4 bedrooms which were plenty for our sister/auntie/niece trip. So easy to get in and out. Will definitely consider again if staying in the area.

Rose was a great host. Neighborhood is quiet and the house was clean and tidy. It was definitely a great value for our stay. It’s not perfect but if you’re looking for perfection this is not the site for you.

Great Stay

My boyfriend and I booked this place unexpecting of what is was going to be like. Rose and her are a super helpful team. Anytime there was a slight issue it would be fixed in a matter of seconds, and everything was in pristine condition. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would love to experience this again. The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed

Spacious and clean

My group of six had a pleasant stay at this house for the weekend. It was clean and comfortable, and had an AC in pretty much every room which is great for the summertime. The front door has a keypad so you put in the code to unlock. There was plenty of seating area in the living room and dining room and lots of clean towels for bathroom.

Clean homes in historical area with treats

We arrived to our new home to find cold waters in the refri and small chocolate treats waiting for us. The house has plenty of room and was clean as could be. Kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking, and the refrigerator even has internet and Pandora! Miss rose was available to help us and answer questions we had along the way. WiFi worked great and TVs had more shows and such that my kids could want. Neighborhood was nice and conveniently located to any needed items. Six flags is only about 15 min away also....this home is amazing!

Rose is a great hostess. She was there to greet us upon arrival to show us how to access the keypad for easy access. She had the ac and fans going throughout the house to ensure comfort. The house was clean and there was disinfectants and sanitizing wipes throughout for extra protection. She put great care in having nice things and stocking the house a comfortable stay.

Awesome stay in Springfield, MA

We had a wonderful time at Rose's place in Springfield, MA over July 4 weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet. The driveway parking is great as on street parking is quite limited. The beds were comfy! The house was so clean and sparkled! There are a lot of great extras - toiletries and coffee and also snacks and water available for purchase. We highly recommend!

Clean and spacious...

This spot is in a great, mostly quiet location. The house is spacious and very clean. We had a bit of difficulty with check in and check out because there just wasn't any information in the app to tell us what to do like there usually is for check-in, and there wasn't anything we could find in the app or in the house about what they hoped we would do at check out. (For check in, I e-mailed, texted, and then finally had to call in order to get the code to check in. Usually, that information would just show up in the app about 24 hours before hand..) Otherwise, things were exactly as described... Although we didn't make use of them, there were lots of snacks and other items available all around the first floor. The refrigerator was also a great addition, and my friend had fun using the Spotify app built into the fridge to play music while he prepared food. It's a great set up, especially for the price. The only other negative feedback I would have was about all the scents in the house. When we first arrived, there was a heavily scented candle burning. There were also two plugin air fresherners and one hanging/car-style air fresherner on the first floor, and another plugin on the second. I personally had a really bad reaction, and was having difficulty breathing (eyes itching, nose running, coughing) until we figured out it was the air freshners and put them all in drawers to try and air things out. It may be a good idea to limit those sorts of chemicals when renters are coming in, as many folks are just allergic or have bad reactions to them!
