While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful once again and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.



This updated Bonita Beach and Tennis studio condominium, located across the street and a short walk from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for those who love the sun, sand and beach! Located in Building 5, it's closest to the entrance of the community than the other building towers on property - also immediately next door to Coconut Jacks - one of Bonita Beach's most popular waterfront restaurants and bars. The studio is thoughtfully outfitted and comes with everything you should need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!



The 10th floor studio condo has been remodeled with tiled floors throughout, custom cabinetry, granite counters, full-sized upgraded stainless steel appliances, comfortable furnishings and beautiful floor to ceiling windows.



The studio space includes an open concept kitchen/dining/living/sleeping area with furnishings throughout including a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, large scale accent chair, flat screen TV with cable package, small work desk, and a dining table for four. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, full size cabinets, French door refrigerator with in-door ice maker, dishwasher, dishes & untensils you should need for cooking and serving meals.



The bathroom has been remodeled to create your own personal spa space. European cabinetry, granite countertops, glass sink, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with relaxing oversized rainfall shower head.



The main living area opens to a fully screened lanai with a outdoor seating. The sweeping 10th floor view takes in the mulit-million dollar homes along Barefoot Beach, as well as a beautiful view of the Gulf.



Resort quality bed linens, bath, kitchen, and pool towels are all included with your stay.



Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler are all available for your complimentary use.



Bonita Beach and Tennis Club also offers onsite community pay per load laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5 (this condo is in building 5), 2 elevators per tower, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach - literally right across the street - and all its water sport rentals including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. You will be a close driving distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key State Park.



Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
