offering the whole second floor100sqm completely also have use of the swimming pool and garden area which is shared with the owners Bob & Vicki who live permanently on levels 3 & 4 .the laundry is also available if are NO cooking facilities apart from a microwave kettle bar fridge tee and coffee.Coffee shop is next door.Close to restaurants and a easy walk to the marina.10 minutes from Cairns airport with a good taxi service and Uber.Bob and Vicki are retired and are on hand should you require help or local knowledge.Check out video

Top notch property

This unique property was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and top notch. Accommodations were extremely comfortable. Bob and Vicki were the most caring, accommodating hosts ever! They made sure our stay in Cairns was delightful. We highly recommend The Pelican House., which certainly exceeded our expectations.
