Highly recommend! Located on a beautiful part of the island. Lovely and clean, the accomodation had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Communication from Liu and George was great. Will miss that beach, at the doorstep. Thank you! We hope to get back soon.

This was our third time staying here, and as always it was perfection. Communication with the manager was great. We really enjoyed the starlink that they added since our last visit. The location can’t be beat! It is the most gorgeous beach with amazing snorkeling.

If you, like us, are not resort people but would rather enjoy a simple self catering island experience, Te Rito is perfect. It is down a long driveway, and right beside the beach, well away from road traffic noise. We were in Unit 4 - French doors open wide, a covered deck with table and chairs, looking out to sea (we spotted whales on 2 days), loungers, a hammock. A few steps and you are on the beach with some of the best snorkeling. An outdoor shower, carport with clothesline and washing machine made life easy. Inside, there are fans and a heatpump, but we didnt need them, as louvres all round could be adjusted to let the breezes through. There is not a lot of clothes or food storage space but you don't need much of either, so we managed. Great fridge/freezer, microwave and double induction elements.A new supermarket across the road is open long hours, and you are also walking distance (or a short drive) to some nice eating spots.We enjoyed Charlie's, Saigon Shack and Maire Nui Gardens.The host, Liu, was great to deal with and quick to respond to any request or queries. Michelle, on site, was also lovely, friendly and helpful. I feel we will be back before too long !

Beautiful Location

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful beach house for 2 weeks and had an amazing, relaxing vacation. The house was perfect for two people and the location can't be beat. Absolutely amazing! property to anyone

The location was absolutely incredible, with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach, crystal clear waters and fantastic snorkelling right on the doorstep. Sitting on the deck looking out at the water was pure magic and we loved every minute of our stay. The house was well set up with everything we needed for a self catering holiday, including a full sized fridge, water cooler and plenty of utensils.

Really enjoyed the privacy, cleanliness and great supply of tea, coffee etc. Loved the locality, we swam and snorkeled daily, and walked to Charlies along the beach.

The location of TeRito Lagoon is just perfect. Right on the beach with a lovely grassy area to lie outside and watch the sea . The villa had everything we needed and we both enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Michelle was so super friendly and made our stay amazing . We felt very welcome and would 100 percent stay here again.

Beachfront 😊 blissful enjoyed our 10 day stay however would recommend extra cupboard soace for long stays and a topper for the bed otherwise would recommend to everyone

4th time at the villa and it just gets better each time. Liu is amazing to deal with and always leaves a great few basics to get you going on arrival and the new Starlink is an absolute bonus. This property is outstanding, I highly recommend it to couples just wanting to chill on the best beach in Raro on your doorstep. There is also a new CITC across the road for all your supplies and fuel which makes life super easy. Book now, you will absolutely love it

Location location location!

This was our favorite spot on the island. Amazing beach access. Very private and beautiful! We enjoyed the lower key area but still good access to restaurants, church, botanical garden. I would definitely stay again! Apartment had everything we needed. Clean and safe as well.

Another wonderful stay in paradise

We are convinced this is the best stay in Rarotonga due to the self contained unit having privacy and stunning views and the excellent swimming and snorkeling on the beach just footsteps away. The hosts are attentive and continue to provide everything one would need to enjoy a self contained holiday. It was our second stay and we’ll be back.
