Your home away from home.

Our Luxury Villa is located on the beautiful community of Terra Verde. This 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned, central heated, private pool and spa, extended covered lanai, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Located within 10 -15 minutes drive to the best attractions in Orlando. Free Wireless Internet. We count with Smart TV, Netflix and Alexas around the house. Movies, the garage is now a game room, pool table, air jockey, etc...

The pool and spa heather will have an extra charge of $200.00 per week.
Gas BBQ grill available for $85.00 per stay.

You have 3 Alexa s, one at the master bedroom ground floor, one at the kitchen and one at the game room (garage). You can play music all over the house. The TV at the family room next to the kitchen have our Netflix account so you can enjoy moves for all family members.

Babies pack and play, high chair available too no extra charges.

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The house was nice, though it could use a few updates. One night, we had an unexpected visitor on the patio because there is a small hole in the screened-in porch. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We did notice that some of the rules posted on the wall didn't match the information in the welcome book, which was a little confusing. Aside from those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

This home was everything we needed for our trip to Orlando. We usually stay on site but since we were theme park hopping, we decided to book this home and we were not disappointed. The home had ample cooking supplies, more room than we needed, and enough linen that we didn’t need to do laundry for the duration of our stay. The host, Liliana, was quick to respond to any messages and helpful. Checkin was a breeze and the drive to the local attractions was convenient. We will definitely be booking this home again!!!

Great property. Had a couple of early misses (bbq not there on arrival and pool was cold), but they were resolved quickly by Liliana - including follow up from her to make sure everything was ok. Pond behind was a nice feature. Pool and spa were enjoyed by all! Overall we had a really nice, relaxing vacation, and would recommend this property.

No cooking supplies no extra tissues no wash rags and hell of flys in the garage cl

We enjoyed the trip just less supplies in the house and hell of flys in the garage couldn’t play in the garage but other than that the house is great and location around everything and we also left a basketball goal in the pool area for the next family to enjoy

A good rental with most of what you want - a little bit short of five stars

The house is large and can hold very big groups. The view from the dining, family, and pool area is very nice. The kitchen is stocked with enough silverware, plates and bowls. The garage has been converted into a fun area. The family, dining, breakfast, and living areas are furnished very well. It is close to a lot of attractions and regular shopping. The place in a well serviced gated community. So overall a very good place to vacation. The issues are the stocking of consumable supplies - toilet paper, soaps. dishwasher soap, garbage bags... are left wanting. Also, the beds are not comfortable. So it earned a 4 stars instead of five.

Great House!

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect place to stay for a family or with friends. Pool deck is awesome! Great place to relax after a day of golf! Would definitely come back.

Group vacation

This is a great place for a group to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and close enough to everything. The house is perfect for large group. Just the right amount of space for our group of 12. No complaints at all.

Loved it!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The clubhouse has extra experiences if you have small children, there is fun to be had! You should bring toilet paper, paper towels, shower soap/shampoo, pods for dishwasher, spices (not even salt and pepper there), cooking oil, etc. No extras at all. The property itself was lovely, just come prepared with the essentials.

Perfect Disney Vacation Spot

This location and home was perfect for our large group. It gave us plenty of room and the pool and hot tub was nice. If you are traveling to Universal, the distance is a little far but not too bad overall. The house was clean and the communication was pretty good too. We just got messed up getting into the house at the time we wanted because we didn’t have access information. Didn’t necessarily hurt our experience. Great trip and spot!

Everything was good but the HOA they dont want you to park an inch on the grass..If you have large vehicles like a truck and a van there is an issue with parking..Overall the stay was very nice and the owner was very accommodating

Excelent Vacation House

From the first communication with Liliana I knew that I could stop searching, cause this was where we would stay. The House and the backyard/lake view are way better then in the pictures. Very quiet gated community. Huge TV in the livingroom to watch the games and 9 TV's with Netflix and cable in the whole house. 1 Master downstairs and the rest of the rooms are upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms for all our 12 guests . Nice gameroom with pool and ping pong table. Everybody loved Alexa, it was a blast for music all night long. The best AC units in any rental house that I stayed in the last 10+ years that kept the house really nice and cold. Big refrigerator to fit everything you can possibly buy for a lot people. We're looking forward to stay here again next year.

The house is very pretty and nicely decorated. Great communication! Was sent the info on time and a cellphone number if we needed anything. We had zero issues with house. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, good size refrigerator, had glasses, plates, bowels, silverware, pans ect.. pretty quiet area, pools was clean and had some pool equipment; floats, googles, football, ect.. We really enjoyed the house. The Miss' and I took lots of walks around the neighborhood which is really nice and well maintained. We ended up at the Tiki bar at the community pool one evening. Where we had one to many Margarita's. It was very relaxing and a good time. Walmart and other stores are about 4 miles away.
