Come enjoy beautiful Gatlinburg in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo. The master has a fireplace and private balcony. It also has a large bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a bathroom and doors leading to the main balcony. The living area is open concept with kitchen, dining area and living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Location is great, close to downtown but still quiet for a nice relaxing evening on the deck. A beautiful green space across the street keeps the balcony private and peaceful.

Very comfortable and well located. Slept very well and the two recliners in the living room were perfect for putting our feet up after hiking. The host provided excellent directions and was a good communicator. Would recommend this property!

The unit was fine but the elevator was not easy to find and the area around it smelled like mold and mildew. And a cart to carry your bags and groceries would be helpful. These issues are probably not within the unit owner’s control.

Perfect Condo/Great Location

My husband and I plus our adult daughter and her spouse stayed in this delightful condo. It was perfect for us. We could easily walk to most restaurants in the main area of Gatlinburg. It was easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains NP. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The condo was clean; the host was wonderful; communication with the host was top-level; the beds were comfortable; and everything we needed was in the kitchen. I would happily stay here again the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Convenient location

Our stay was great! The condo was convenient to the convention center where our daughter had a weekend dance competition. It was also within walking distance to many places to eat and visit. The condo was extremely clean and it was nice to have a kitchen to prepare several meals while staying there.

Labor Day weekend

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was a very enjoyable stay. We had a two bedroom, two bath and it was very spacious. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying my morning coffee, a long with watching bears in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is traveling with family.

We stayed here to attend an event at the convention center. Well stocked condo was the perfect pick. It was so nice to come back to after a long day. Nice spacious bedrooms. Angie was quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect little getaway!

This property was just as described. Very clean and cozy! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and remained in communication. The Temps were absolutely freezing outside during our stay but the 2 fireplaces kept us nice and toasty. This property was just a short walk to shopping and dinning. We would definitely reccomend this property and look forward to a return stay!

Found a new home away from home

This was my first VRBO rental and I cannot be happier! Angie was great - she was quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed. The condo was 5 starts - super clean, close to everything, and absolutely beautifully decor. We came up to Gatlinburg for my husband's birthday for the weekend and we could not have been more pleased. Already rented this condo for.a return trip - my family loved it!

Awesome condo

I would recommend this condo to all of my friends and family or anyone else looking for an awesome place to stay while in town. Everything was neat and spotless (and trust me I’m a little picky). Beds were comfortable. We never cook in Gatlinburg because of all the amazing restaurants, but appeared to have anything you could need for cooking a large meal. A square dining table big enough for six that would also be great for a game night. The location is super convenient and right in town. Angie was awesome at communicating and answered quickly when questions came up. Will never stay in a hotel again if this condo is available!

Safe, comfortable, very nice

This condo was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was stocked with the essentials. It was about 6-8 blocks from downtown with only a slight hill. It was nice to sit on the balconies at night and there was adequate seating. Property had an elevator, was quiet and easy to navigate to. The property is listed as 6 person but whoever is on the pull out couch would have to walk through someone's bedroom to use a bathroom which could be uncomfortable in the middle of the night. The property also showed a small stream but it was only a small rocky area for rain runoff. We would definitely stay here again.

I am from Mississippi. I recently moved to Tennessee because I fell in love with the area. I recently purchased the condo so that we could stay downtown and not deal with parking or traffic. I looked at several condos and fell in love with this one due to location, layout and décor. I have a 4 year old son. We love taking advantage of all the fun thinks to do around Sevier County.

I love the layout, the large master bathroom and the fact you can walk to convention center and several different restaurants. No dealing with parking.
