At the Blue Buoy you can enjoy the laid back vibe of a small beach town located only a 2 minute walk from famous St. Augustine Beach, and only be a short 6 mile drive to the middle of historic downtown St. Augustine.
We have equipped the Blue Buoy with the very best in quality bedding, towels, appliances (including an elevator), furniture and everything else that we would personally expect as guests in a high quality rental such as this one.

What a wonderful home with a fantastic location! Beds were comfy and plenty of space for our girls weekend! The hosts were so amazing and helpful! I highly recommend this beautiful home definitely coming back!!!

Excellent stay with beautiful ocean view!

The house is very spacious and lived up to what we anticipated. With four adults and six kids, this was the perfect fit for an intentionally unplugged vacation. Proximity to the beach was amazing and views and sounds of the ocean from the balconies were stunning. Trish and Brian were excellent hosts. They even took the time to coordinate getting a box that we left mailed to us. Everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable was at our fingertips. I've already recommended this property to friends and look forward to returning if vacationing in St. Augustine Beach again.

Great St Augustine property

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was just steps away from the beach and we had plenty of beach gear available to use. The home was roomy and accommodated our entire family. This home was definitely one of our favorite rentals. The homeowner responded to requests quickly and welcomed us with the best homemade cookies! If we are back in St. Augustine, we will definitely stay here again.

We live very close by and have been residents of this area for the past 6 years. Our two teenage children keep us busy and we greatly enjoy spending time at the beach and all the great things that St. Augustine has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We choose to buy this newly constructed home due to its unique location that is so close to the main entry point for beach access in this area. We watched it being constructed and just fell in love with the awesome community beach vibe that exists in this small neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The views are stunning. The Ocean breeze keeps it very cool outside and the sound of the waves makes it so relaxing. The huge open plan for the top living area and kitchen/dining makes it really friendly for large groups and entertaining. The main master on the second floor has a balcony and the same benefits of views, breezes and surf sounds. The house was built to a high quality level and we have taken serious efforts to furnish it and outfit it to the level we would personally expect when we travel and stay at a luxury location. The location to the beach is exceptionally and makes access so easy.
