My wife and I are in the building industry and love St. Augustine Beach and the local culture. We were married here, work here and raise our family here.
Why they chose this property
We chose this site for its close proximity to the white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach, the old beach neighborhood, convenient walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and many of the town's top restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The 5 minute walk to the beach, the cozy comforts of a custom built home, the spacious private courtyard with outdoor living and pool. Short travel to downtown shopping and nightlife. Fishing, boating, biking and swimming.
