This home has a large gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, smart TVs in all bedrooms, luxurious master suite with spa like master bath.

Deluxe children's play set. Parking for 7 cars or motor home or boat.

*Please note that fireplaces are for decoration only and pool heater will not run when temperatures drop below 40 degrees.

We enjoyed our stay very much. 2 critiques, shower in master bathroom draining very slow. Bedroom that overlooks pool, needs to have blackout curtains or shades.

Great Location for Local Wedding Guests

There are Pros and Cons to every rental. PROS: We were 4 adult couples and had plenty of room and space. The table in the dining room was very large which was great for all of us to converse. The large kitchen helped a lot for us to make breakfast. The price was great for 4 couples to share and it was close to the hotel our cousin was getting married in. CONS: It was right on a main road which was louder in the front of the home, the rooms are very bright in the morning so bring eye masks. The drains were slow(I addressed this with owner and she said she would take care of it). The beds upstairs were a little more firm. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Saint Augustine family vacation

Overall this was a great vacation and nice place to stay! We would likely rebook in the future. That said, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. The location on a busy road was a surprise. 2. The house and contents are showing wear. There were broken items, some remotes didn’t work, and the drains were slow. 3.Smoke alarms are needed in all bedrooms & the pool fence isn’t very secure. Overall we were happy!

Took the extended family there (11 total) to celebrate out 50th, Plenty of room and plenty of parking. Close enough for daytime excursions to several points of interest and only a short walk to the beach.

I loved everything about this house, it’s beautiful inside and out and my family loved the house as well. We needed something large for our big family. Beautiful and large kitchen to cook in! The host was great and easy to reach if needed. If I need another large house to stay in at the beach I will be coming again!

Fabulous family retreat!!

We had a little different finding the location at first. We did not realize the house was on such a busy road. Once we were in we had a fabulous time. The pool was a big hit!! Clean open rooms. The house was absolutely beautiful!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, I think we should have rented a golf cart. Garbage day was stressful because we were not sure where to put the cans. The neighbor shared the drive where we put the trash cans , otherwise all was wonderful

Fun week

Great house with lots of space. Two full bathrooms down with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and three bedrooms up. Pool area was perfect with nice clean pool and loads of deck space. Kitchen was very large. Lots of cabinets and an entire pull out pantry to store items we brought along. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad although seemed longer in the 100 degree heat. We would definitely rent again.

Wedding Head Quarters 2024

Thank you so much, the house was amazing and fit our needs for our daughters Wedding. We did have issues with the TV in the main room the remote was not working even after purchasing new batteries. Was not a big deal but could be for your next guest. The location was awesome, everything was within walking distance which made our stay that much nicer! We did have some cleaning to do in the pool and bar area so thankful you had supplies on hand. Again we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

Family Vacation

This house is perfect for a large family with swimming kids. Plenty of space for all, even naps for the littles. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to the beach, 68 to 3 in ages, 10-12 minutes. The outdoor area far exceeds expectations in space and functionality. We had a ball. Couldn't find a broom and dustpan, would have used.
