We had a wonderful time in this home that was just as described on VRBO. The host always responded quickly prior to and during our visit. Everything was very clean; the essentials provided were quite helpful; the pool is larger than expected; and the game room was a real asset! We recommend this host and this home!

Wonderful home in st Augustine with everything you might need. I stayed there with my 3 small kids and my parents, and the host Jaimie did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Fantastic location and nice quiet neighborhood, a close walk or bike ride to the beach.

Stayed here for our family end of summer, July birthday celebration and it was perfect for all ages. Ended up mostly driving to the beach instead of walking, but it's just a couple of minutes away and there is plenty of parking. If you have four wheel drive you can even take your vehicle right on the beach. Would definitely come back!

We all enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. The layout of the house was very nice. We especially enjoyed the covered pool and the privacy that this rental offered. The host provided plenty of towels for pool and bathing. The parking was one car in front of another so future guest needs to be aware of how they park.

Beautiful house, great pool, nice firepit. Stayed here last week with my extended family, 6 adults and 5 kids and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather as well as places to escape to if you need a minute to yourself. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the most beautiful beach you’ve ever seen. You could walk but we drove over and parking was free. You can drive on if you have a 4 wheel drive. The game room was great for both kids and adults! Host is very accessible. Highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our time at this house! The pool, hot tub, game room, and spacious yard, were perfect for our kids during the rainy beach weekend. The hosts were always available at a moment notice and met our needs quickly and went above and beyond to help our stay be enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic stay! House is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the beach and St. Augustine. Great layout, and the pool, hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Our family loved the game room! Jamie the host is extremely receptive with communication. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice. The pool, hot tub and downstairs gameroom and living space is a great place for the family to hang out. We had a great stay. The owner is awesome and responds to messages very quickly.

Great house in nice neighborhood!

My friends and I stayed here for our Spring Break trip and the house was amazing. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and it is a short walk to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants around and it is short drive from downtown St. Augustine!

Nice place for a getaway

Our kids had fall break so we wanted to get out of town and enjoy some time in St. Augustine for the weekend. We had a great time here and the set up of the house was very good to entertain teenagers while allowing time to relax for adults.

Excellent house!

Great house. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a large family. Loved the option to rent the bikes & beach equipment. We had a small issue with the fridge/freezer at first but the owner was a lot of help and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house with amenities for all ages. Pool with TV, couches, gameroom provides a nice break from upstairs sleeping/kichen area. Conveniently located close to driveon beach and St. Augustine restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful home! Excellent communication with homeowner! We had a group of six adults and three children, the pool and hot tub received endless use! The beach a quick, three minute drive away.

Awesome Property

The property was exactly as listed. Really close to all the sight seeing that St Augustine has to offer and also far enough to provide a super peaceful beach experience which is only a short walk away. The property owner was responsive to all questions and needs. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is spacious, plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have their own space. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our day was in March and the weather was chilly for a couple of days. It would’ve been nice if the hot tub worked more hours than between 7 and 12 PM.The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. Jaimie is a great host and very commutative. I highly recommend renting the items that are in the garage. There are bikes, beach chairs, wagons pretty much everything you need.Thank you for a great place to stay

Great beach vacation with bikes

We enjoyed our stayed the pool and bikes were a great addition. Was a fun long term stay beach is about 15 min walk 5 min bike ride we were thrilled that they had a bike attachment for young kids as we had multiple staying in the house. Beach is beautiful nice quiet area so not overcrowded. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is bring beach towels as there are none available at the house.
