Upstairs features large open plan living, dining and kitchen with quality appliances featuring dish drawers, oven, microwave, induction cook top and stone bench tops. The living features LCD television and Home theatre system. The dining features quality dining table and designer chairs. Sit back on the large modular lounge and take in the view or relax on the front balcony and watch the dolphins play on the reef or the boats venture past Granite Island.

The Master located upstairs features King bed with walk in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three offer queen beds with robes and plenty of storage. Downstairs offers a large second living area with LCD TV. There is a garden deck featuring BBQ and outdoor setting.

The property has direct access to the beach with stairs taking you onto the crisp white sand with and a hot and cold outdoor shower to wash it all off. You can enjoy a walk into town along the beach for a coffee or a meal and then a stroll back to watch the sunset.
