A fantastic apartment located on the popular Franklin Parade waterfront of Encounter Bay. It offers a spectacular outlook offering apartment with expansive balcony, just perfect for barbecuing, outdoor dining and entertaining. The property is a two minute walk to fabulous "Eat at Whalers" restaurant for great coffee, food and wine and on Franklin Parade to the Beach House Cafe and the legendary Yilki Store. The property features 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and large open plan living and dining. The Views from the kitchen out all the way through to the balcony are spectacular. The living offers LCD TV and DVD player and access to the large front balcony. The balcony offers an outdoor table and BBQ. The main bedrooms offers queen bed with access to balcony also. The designer bathroom features luxury fixtures and fittings. The property also offers separate laundry with washer and dryer.

The property has split system heating and cooling and parking for two cars in the complex car park. Whatever your reason for an escape this property will surely deliver a relaxing experience. The views are sensational and its location is simply perfect.

Property was better than we imagined. Views were amazing from the bedroom, lounge & the balcony. Quiet place to watch nature, take long walks, delicious seafood at Whalers & excellent woodfired pizza place nearby. Dog was welcome!

Encounter Bay

We have stayed here before many years ago. It's had a major renovation since and it was all good. A nice, quiet property amongst a a group of others that were also very quiet. Good resturants nearby and good walking tracks along the seaside, a good relaxing stay was had by both of us.

Million $ view

We have stayed in this apartment block many times over the years but grabbed this one as it was a rare pet friendly find. The views are in our opinion second to none in the whole region. No 19 is on top floor, has a gorgeous balcony, renovated kitchen and bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Very well provided with all the amenities and perfect for a couple. Loved it so much we have rebooked for February.

Cleanliness

Disappointed with cleanliness. We had to spray behind curtains in bedroom and living area as well as behind the bed as there were many cobwebs. I also dusted the main wall as there were webs hanging down from ceiling and pictures. We had very strict time instructions for pickup and drop off of the keys - with an explanation that the cleaners work to time lines. The overall unit was fine, however there were many cobwebs which indicated that nobody had been there for some time.
