This property is on the golf course with a large deck for enjoying the outdoors! Family friendly, spacious end unit town home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The location is perfect - only 3 minutes from the heart of downtown and the famous hot springs resort, and only 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, and an upper loft area for the kids to hangout. There is a comfy sleeper sectional sofa with two recliners in the living room and a 60 inch plasma TV mounted above the cozy fireplace. The large picture windows in the living room look out onto the golf course and San Juan mountains and various wild life. It is equipped with 5 g/100 MB internet fast enough for everyone to get online and stream. The 60 inch TV is equipped with a Roku for entertainment from DirectTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and more (sign in with your account)! The kitchen is clean and efficient with everything you need to cook a meal at home, when you're not out enjoying the many delicious restaurants in the area. The dining room table seats up to 6. All of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a sleep number mattress and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a sleep number mattress for maximum comfort. Each room has access to their own private balcony! The third bedroom has one twin bed with memory foam mattresses. Theprimary bedroom has an on suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. The other full size upstairs bathroom also has a bath tub and shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with linens, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The half bath is downstairs. The bonus loft is above the bedroom level a and is equipped with board games and lounging chairs. There is a single car garage big enough for an SUV. The garage is also equipped with a ski and snowboard rack for your gear to dry out overnight. During periods of heavy snow, the parking area is plowed for easy access to the unit. The house has everything you would need: coffee maker, cups, plates, silverware, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, new range/stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, etc. As a renter you have access to the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center for a small fee of $18 per day per person located at 45 Eagles Loft Circle. They have a jacuzzi, swimming pooI, weights, locker rooms and more. Come relax and enjoy the beautiful town of Pagosa Springs and all the area has to offer. This house is fully furnished and decorated and we hope you feel at home and love it as much as we do!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Enough space for our family of 5 to relax between our trips to Wolf Creek. Great location to venture into Pagosa and quick supply runs. A great start to what we hope are many more ski trips!

Beautiful condo

This place was very easy and comfortable. The location was great and Pagosa is a very magical and fun place. Everything was as stated and it was conducive to a great experience. My only piece of feedback is that having a select number comfort bed myself I'm not sure the beds are working totally properly. That being said, they were still, comfortable enough. Definitely a lovely visit.

We fell in love with Pagosa Springs and couldn't wait to spend more time here so we bought a townhome! We love to ski, snowmobile, river raft, hike and of course soak in the world's deepest known natural hot springs.

Why they chose this property

This townhome offers year round location benefits. The golf course offers a beautiful course to play on in summer and fall and cross country skiing in the winter. It is an end unit which means it has more privacy, a better view and a larger deck. It also means there is plenty of parking! The townhome is part of the Pagosa Lakes Property Association which allows access to the Recreation Center nearby and all of it's amenities such as an indoor pool and fitness equipment. Snow removal is maintained by the HOA!

What makes this property unique

The large deck overlooking the golf course and the bonus loft sets this town home apart from others. Conveniently located between uptown and downtown. As our renter you will have access to the Pagosa Springs Recreation Center.
