Lakeview Penthouse on Park Street in the heart of Downtown McCall

Beautifully decorated with attention to detail and diversity of materials such as hardwoods, slate, travertine and granite, this luxury, elevator and stair accessed 3rd floor condo has stunning views of Payette Lake, Brundage ski resort and local life from every window and room with downtown convenience!

Walk right out your door into the heart of all the action. Located steps away from McCall’s best public beach, fine dining, brewery’s, coffee shops, parks, the McCall Marina and the Manchester Ice Centre you are within walking distance of everything you’ll need during your stay.

An open floor plan with plenty of natural light and balcony access off the master Suite and living room. Cook up something special on the gas grill and gather in the dining and living areas with plenty of seating for everyone. Relax and enjoy by the fireplace and with the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is fully stocked including stainless steel appliances and plenty of elbow room.

Games, books and movies to keep the kids (young and old) occupied on a rainy or snowy day. Satellite, wireless DSL/WiFi, DVD players, Bose Bluetooth speaker and a TV in every room.

The 3 bedroom plus bunk room, two bath home sleeps 10 people. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have queen sized beds. The Master Suite has a queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper with an elegantly appointed attached bath with jetted tub and a walk in shower. Located in the Master Suite is a separate bunk room (with door) that has a twin over full size bunk.

There is parking in front of the building for one vehicle. There is additional public parking across the street (if season allows it). Please note guests are responsible for reading signs regarding parking allowances on streets and in parking lots throughout McCall. Unwind at one of McCall’s local spas or rent a bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports. You are a ten minute bike ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking or beach access. McCall now offers zip lining a short drive away and of course, you must visit the hot springs so bring a swim suit!

The Lakeview Penthouse is a great starting point for making your McCall memories!

Lovely property

We have stayed at this property many times since our now adult children were toddlers. It has everything you need for all ages. It is very cozy and feels like home. It is located perfectly and close to everything you need in town. Thank you for another wonderful stay for our family.

We loved our time at this penthouse. Dawn was such a great host and was so easy to communicate with. She helped us with any and all needs we had. Overall such a great place to stay central to everything. And nothing beats the view!!! Would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family has not been together for Thanksgiving in over 10 years. What an amazing weekend we had. Beautiful condo, amazing views and we fit six adults and three kids very comfortably. Great kitchen for cooking and we could all sit at the table. This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect place to stay in McCall. We’ll be back for sure!

Three couples in our 40’s and one kiddo - perfect layout and amount of space.. THE BEST VIEW! Close to literally EVERYTHING. Only drove the car one time after arrival and then it just stayed parked until it was time to head home. STAY HERE!

Family Reunion

The Lakeview Penthouse was absolutely lovely. Location was fantastic for us! Centrally located for various activities on the lake, and meeting up with other family members who were nearby. Hiking, swimming, renting bikes and Kayaks all right in town. The penthouse was spacious and Very clean! well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach chairs and towels. Dawn is a fabulous host. I appreciated everything was well communicated for arrival and departure. We will definitely be back; hopefully next summer! Thank you Dawn

excellent condo - 3 bedrooms + a bunk closet

This is an excellent condo in the heart of McCall, short walk to the Lake. Well appointed, clean, great views. Be aware that the "4th bedroom" is not a bedroom. It's a bunk bed in what was a large master bedroom closet. So if you use that bunk room/closet, as we did, the master bedroom is not private.

Lake view penthouse

This is truly a wonderful property: beautiful view of the lake, sparkling clean, nicely furnished, perfect location. Yes, perfect location. We walked to a different restaurant each day. So many choices — and all within walking distance. The kitchen was better equipped than my own. Heating cooling system worked great; we used both as the weather was changeable. Cable TV and internet worked perfectly. Hated to leave. Will definitely come back. Thank you for creating the perfect vacation home….

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the Lakeview Penthouse :). The penthouse was so cute and cozy and had beautiful views of the lake! The location was perfect as well and we were able to walk everywhere downtown. I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay somewhere downtown McCall with a view of the lake and very comfortable and nice accommodations.
