A newly renovated home in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Just two minutes walk to canals, 10 minutes walk to the beach and Kawana surf club and five minutes walk to Kawana shopping centre (which is getting an 8 screen cinema at the end of 2018). Lots of nice eateries nearby and Mooloolaba is less than a 10 minute drive. This home is the perfect place for a break for couples, friends or families.

The whole home has been designed with happy holidays in mind. Whether you re a couple, a group of friends or a family, Jo Jo s beach retreat is the ideal place to relax and enjoy local amenities. Easy access to everything. Simply turn up, put away the car keys and enjoy!

Everything is brand new - a beautiful light kitchen with a large fridge, cooktop and stove, microwave and dishwasher, a gorgeous bathroom with bath and shower, a dining table that sits up to six people, a covered outdoor area with table and chairs, fans in the lounge room and bedrooms, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer, plus books, puzzles and DVDs for wet weather or evening entertainment. Free Wifi is also available at the home.

Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood with canals nearby, this is a terrific location to unwind. The house is set up for your comfort - fans in the living and bedroom areas, new appliances, hairdryer, DVD, books and games for all ages.

I an an avid traveller, and my favourite place in the world is the Sunshine Coast. I have wanted a house there for over 20 years, and this year my dream came true.
I am based in Brisbane, so unable to live at the coast full time, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to share my part of the Sunshine Coast with others.

I love this area - so much to see and do, and lots of places to relax.

I designed the home with holidays and comfort in mind, so whether you are a couple, a group of friends or a family, I am sure you'll enjoy staying here.

It is close to everything - a real hub. Whether you fancy an active holiday or something more laid back, this location can cater to your needs.

What makes this property unique

You will feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. It is all new and tastefully decorated to make you feel happy and at home. Within five minutes you'll be in full "holiday mode".

If there are rainy days, there are DVDs, books and games on offer and ten pin bowling and movies nearby.

Enjoy a sunset drink by the canal or at the surf club, explore the local hinterland, go stand up paddle boarding or visit the amazing Australia Zoo. Perfect for a memorable holiday at the coast.
