Astarte Villas - Hacienda Beach Villa

As the name suggests Villa Hacienda is reminiscent of a Spanish home in style and has been sympathetically decorated to keep the Mediterranean feel but with a lower garden level studio which is ultra modern in contrast. Set in a beautiful wooded corner backed by pine woods just off the main resort and a few minutes stroll down to the beach, this villa literally has it all as far as location is concerned.

Overlooking the Ionian sea, the Villa provides the utmost Mystique experience. The enriched facilities and the full privacy of the terraces, make this exquisite accommodation unparalleled. 

The pool in the garden, reached via a few steps from the main terrace area, has plenty of shade from the surrounding trees and is beautifully secluded. The villa is within walking distance of everything you would need, whilst peaceful and private; the perfect combination.

The main house offers two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and a very large living/dining room with a double sofa bed as well as a flagstone terrace. Access to the lower level studio is only via external steps. This studio features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower!

The villa is suitable for up to 8 persons!

Holidays to Alykes take you to a friendly coastal village in Zante. Here you’ve got a good choice of shopping and nightlife, plus one of the best beaches on the north coast.

Very relaxing

The villa is located in a very quite area and surrender by olives tree fields. The garden is the best feature of the villa, beautiful and very well looked after. The swimming pool is clean. There is a dedicated person who is checking the free chlorine and cleaning the swimming pool daily. The house itself was cleaned during the stay and we had two changes of the towels. there are many restaurants and shops at walking distance.

The property was not suitable for our disabled son we had to get taxis down to the village the road leading to the villa was terrible as we had a wheelchair, we had to be moved to another villa after a few days

It was our 3rd stay in this house and certaime the last. The house is unfortunately not maintained. Last year the toilets were out of service and the agency despite our request had not intervened. This year the air conditioning in the main room was deficient, one of the showers just like the toaster did not work. A pane of one of the windows was broken. No condiment (salt, olive oil...) in the cupboards. And finally on our arrival the person of the agency has appropriated one of the 2 bottles of wine that were offered to us.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, schöner kleiner Urlaubsort, Terasse mit Schatten den ganzen Tag. Aber: Bettmatratzen eine Katastrophe und auch sonst hat ein Großteil der Einrichtung schon das Beste hinter sich. Duschen ohne Kabine oder Vorhang. Terassenstühle sehr unbequem.

Propriété délabrée ; très différente des images sur le site

Sur le site la maison est présentée comme villa de luxe, elle l’était dans les années 70, mais n’est pas entretenue, fissures dans Ies murs et sur la terrasse, déchets brûlés derrière la maison (matelas, bouteilles en plastiques, etc…une décharge…), piscine froide, ménage annonce en cours de séjours qui ne sera pas effectué..) pas de couvertures (on a eu froid 2 nuits avant que ce soit résolu). Du vol étant donné un tarif de plus de 1000€ à une période creuse (Toussaint). Échanges compliqués avec l’hote car par téléphone uniquement ; délais de réponse parfois ee 2 jours !. Cuisine très peu équipée en vaisselle ; pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours..heureusement nous avons vraiment aimé l’île.

Mooie Griekse Villa met zwembad dat mooi bijgehouden is. Katerina is meer dan behulpzaam met alles en alle vragen. Dicht bij het strand, supermarkten en horeca!! Alles in Alykes op loopafstand te bereiken. Aanrader!

Great location

Enjoyable two weeks. Villa was in a great location and the outside area is great. Fairly basic inside but exactly as described. The only thing missing is some form or welcome pack and information booklet on the villa and island - the villa ran out of hot water and we had to call the owner to be told about a switch to turn on! Would highly recommend

Good service - different house

This house was no longer free despite reservation, so host offered 3 other options. We took Villa Nout - it was nice but very basic kitchen with no basic supplies (e.g salt, oil, etc). Good clear communication but may take a day to respond. Overall decent stay despit it not being what we ordered.

Beautiful property, great location!

Four of us stayed for a very enjoyable week. The property was as described and the grounds well-kept. The location was perfect; a peaceful retreat about a two minute walk to the center of town and beach. We enjoyed the refreshing pool and the view from the deck. The whole experience could not have been better!

Alykes Bay is one of the best stretches on Zante’s north coast. It’s 3 kilometers long and divided by a canal into Alykes and Alikanas Beach. The latter has got gentle winds that make for great windsurfing. There’s no shortage of soft, golden sand here and the clear water stays shallow even when you’ve paddled quite a way out.

There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas for rent, and the beachside taverns serve up an all-day menu of Greek and international food.

Further afield – about 25 minutes away – is the capital Zante Town.

A car is essential for those who wish to explore the island!
