O hospede quebrou, de proposito e tenho provas, a janela de vidro do imóvel, porque esqueceu as chaves dentro do mesmo, ao invés de chamar o anfitrião que mora ao lado. O anuncio é honesto e diz que a cozinha é BÁSICA, ideal para hospedagens curtas. Porém, o canal de comunicação é sempre aberto, e se o hospede precisar de algo "ESPECIFICO", é só pedir pelo whatsapp. Fica claro o mau uso da propriedade pelo hospede em questão, que deixou o ap uma zona, um lixo. EM mais de 10 anos de prestação de serviço, nunca tivemos uma avaliação com menos de 5 estrelas, somos superhost na plataforma de locação vizinha, só podemos crer que o mesmo está agindo de má fé conosco. Infelizmente, temos que lidar com todo tipo de gente, e até o momento este é o UNICO que achou do que reclamar, também foi o unico a dar prejuizo na casa. Obrigada.

Impecável! Limpo, Wi-Fi e Ar Condicio. perfeitos!
Silenciosos, limpos, arejados. Mesmo simples, o apartamento tem tudo que precisamos e o atendimento do proprietário foi excelente. Perto da praia, dá pra ouvir o mar, pássaros, realmente, para quem busca tranquilidade, é perfeito, apesar de estar bem próximo a academia, supermercado, shoppings. Internet excelente e amplo espaço externo.
