Has a reverse cycle air condition ,with open plan dinning and living area and a lovely deck to entertain. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in quiet street close to footbridge & shops. Sleeps 9 comfortably 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds & 3rd bedroom Double bed with single above & 1 set single bunks. Bedding only provided ie beds are made, you need to bring towels etc. Fenced in property with large yard & concrete driveway. Ample car parking & Boat parking. Large covered back deck area with BBQ. Pet friendly outside ONLY

We have stayed a few times at this property and it is always clean and tidy. Very close to everything and it has off street parking and pets aloud. Will definitely be staying there again.
We loved staying at Heatherlea Grove Lakes Entrance (again). The house is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. There is plenty of room for boat parking. The house was very clean and equipped with everything except towels. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very clean & tidy place. Neat & tidy garden . Well secured for the pets. Nice clean BBQ. No problems with the hot water. One of the best holiday houses we have been .
Would recommend anyone going to Lakes entrance.

We have owned this property of a number of years now. We have been holiday letting during that time so people can experience the great features of Lakes Entrance, the Gippsland Lakes & surrounding areas.
We try to do updates to the property yearly to keep it nice & fresh for visitors

Why they chose this property
Property is close to main street & Footbridge an easy 5min walk. Whole house block is fence with large sliding gate at front. Large concreted drive with ample parking for boats, jet skis & cars. Property has beds to sleep 9 people easily accomodating two families as it has 2 bathrooms & large outdor space.
