On the mid level you'll find three bedrooms, the laundry room, and a second living room with television, wet bar, shuffleboard & a door to the lower level deck. The lower level features the 1,000 sq. ft. game room — play pool, foosball, air hockey! Watch TV on the small sofa with a pullout twin sleeper. The lower level also includes a full bath and access to the private hot tub and fenced-in backyard.
