This vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience memorable. Featuring over 2000 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, or in the master soaker bathtub for two. Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.
Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 55' Smart TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 50' Smart TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Connolly beach is 1 mile away and you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, para sail, and more. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Great South Lake Tahoe visit!

Tahoe Tradition

This home is very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. The younger adults as well as the older adults loved having the pool table. Kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals here. We liked that they keep the backyard landscape natural so we could watch the cottontails, doves and other birds enjoy their breakfast in the morning. All in all it is a great home and location.

Host was responsive. Check in/out was easy. The stay would have been better if the refrigerator/freezer would have worked better. I never engaged the host about it during the stay because we had a cooler but it wasnt operating like it should have. Also the fence in the backyard was broken in a few places that could have allowed anyone to walk in from the neighboring property (which is under construction) and/or the street. Not a big deal unless you are extremely concerned about safety. One other note, the wraparound deck is elevated and the hot tub is visible from the street so if outdoor privacy is a concern this might not be the place

Very close to town. Awesome Jacuzzi set up that was clean and reliable. Overall an awesome place to stay for a family or group. 4 min to heavenly valley ski resort too.

South Lake Tahoe home

This was an excellent home that was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order With the exception of the grill, and some trouble with Roku TV controllers. Yet overall, that was minor compared to the comfort of the house. My communication with the host was somewhat spotty, which may have been due to my own issues with messaging on the Vrbo app. I originally booked the home for six nights, but weeks prior to arrival requested to cut it down to five. While staying there, I realized it likely would be better to spend an additional night, but apparently this could not be executed, according to the host due to scheduling with the cleaning personnel, even though we offered to pay additional to reschedule the cleaning personnel, so that was somewhat of a disappointment, but I only have myself to blame for not trying to arrange that earlier. Overall, it was an excellent house to stay in.

Family Style 2 Story Residence

Previously remodeled and upgraded older 2 story/2 car garage in quiet residential subdiv, close to Heavenly Valley and City. Adequately furnished and maintained. Backyard fenced but no grass. Combo kitchen, dining,rec.room,bar, and 1 bath on lower level. Pool table and equip was a big hit! Well suited for 8 to 10 guests.

We just love spending time up here with our family. We really enjoy the location close to all the casinos, ski resorts, lake, and plenty or great places to eat and shop. The weather is always perfect and you can't beat the scenery. We hope you enjoy our home and get as much out of it as we do.
