Big house in a fabulous location
Very spacious house. All bedrooms downstairs and huge living area upstairs. Two fridges and big kitchen. Beautiful deck and so close to Greenfield beach. Balcony doors are a bit hard to open but everything else great. We enjoyed our stay here.

Location Decked Out Clean
Great location, 2 doors from the beach. The house is completely decked out with all you need to stay, be it cooking, cleaning, washing, entertainment. When we arrived the house was spotless and the floors had just been cleaned. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach and bush walk or lazy stay in holiday.

Disappointed
Generally the property could be described as nice but tired. Good points: Close to beach, interesting design. Not so good: Take away food container in bin, Dried up deep fried chips on carpet mat under coffee table. Windows that were difficult to open and more difficult to shut. Almost all of the blinds on top floor have broken cords. The television had no remote control and the manual volume controls for the TV didn't work meaning there was no way to change the volume .the No flyscreens on widows and no flyscreen doors meant bugs and mosquitoes if we had the house opened up. Down stairs curtains were either opened or closed meaning full privacy or almost none. No exhaust fans in main or or ensuite bathrooms. Outside door to the enduite had a long hook and eye fitted to the door and door frame to allow the door to be held open, presumably for ventilation when the shower was being used. Bathroom window could only be opened by climbing into the bath to reach the window locking mechanism. Curtains in ensuite and bathroom appeared to be mouldy. Red back spider found living in curtain of enduite bathroom door. Spider killed.

Great location and nice property. All seemed to work well. Only criticism is the cleanliness with it being reasonably dirty in corners and under beds on arrival

Great location, but not clean at all!
Great location. However, not at all clean. Spiders and spider webs inside and on the windows. Beds dusty, spider webs in headboards, areas under furniture and beds had not been cleaned for quite a while (absolutely disgusting), outdoor table not clean etc. And bbq disappointing - a small Weber bbq which meant I had to bbq dinners for a family of five in stages. Outdoor dining area comprised a plastic dirty table and chairs. With just what we paid for three nights they could buy decent wooden or similar outdoor dining furniture. It is a unique location, but my wife and I were shock with lack of cleanliness and she and girls struggle to sleep at night given their fear of spiders (I had to kill a few in the house). At least we bought our own linen and pillows. A pity they don’t clean it properly for a few hundred dollars given what they charge to stay. If we were staying more than 3 nights we would have definitely called the agent to get it cleaned properly. I read other reviews complaining about the lack of cleanliness, and assumed they would have sorted it out long before we stayed. But it seems they just want to make as much money from each visit, whilst definitely not encouraging repeat business. A real shame given its location.

What makes this property unique

A holiday-goers dream, Jervis Bay is boarded by two national parks and a marine park that’s teeming with playful sea life. On land, hiking and cycling trails lead to cliff-top lookouts and remote beaches. At the southern end of Jervis Bay is Booderee National Park, which has bushland and wildlife in abundance. And the beaches? They’re postcard-perfect (Murrays Beach or Greenpatch are our picks).

But there really is no better way to explore this beautiful part of the South Coast than by water. Wildlife cruises will take you around Jervis Bay Marine Park, which is a haven for bottlenose dolphins, fur seals, little penguins, and migrating whales.

The beaches around Jervis Bay are perfect in every way, with Hyams, Culburra, and Murray’s Beach boasting some of the regions’ finest. Swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and stand-up paddleboarding are a favourite pastime. And in season, whale watching is a must. For those who prefer to stay on land to watch these beauties, Point Perpendicular Lighthouse on the northern tip and Cape St George Lighthouse on the southern side, boast some of the best seats in the house.

Hugging the calm waters of Jervis Bay is a string of easy-going coastal towns. From Callala Beach to the north of the bay and Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach to the south, they’re all perfectly positioned to capitalise on the bay.

The towns themselves offer an unbeatable lifestyle. Seaside cottages and dreamy holiday homes are all within walking distance, not only to the beaches but also into the villages that cater well to the every day. Fresh from the trawler seafood and farmgate produce is a standout for the cafés, eateries, and restaurants that are sprinkled throughout. Pubs and wine bars sit alongside boutique shops and art galleries, and fresh produce markets are a regular fixture, bringing the regions finest to the shores.

With so much to do and explore around Jervis Bay, your best bet is to stay awhile and enjoy all that the region has to offer.
