This property has reverse cycle air conditioner for guests comfort, kitchenette with full size fridge, oven and microwave, bathroom with washing machine.
The undercover BBQ area and fully fenced back yard is shared with the rear unit when it is also occupied by guests.
Located close to the stunning Collingwood Beach, the popular cycle/walking track and Vincentia shopping village where you will find a range of cafes, Coles supermarket and a variety of specialty stores.
Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.
There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire.
Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds however, this property does not provide linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Off-street parking is available, including space for your boat.
