Cintra Haven

One of 3 units listed. Come for a short stay or longer, our guests stay whilst on business, holiday, visiting family or attending an event. This property, sits high on a hill 1.5kms from Ipswich CBD. There is an old home with 2 newer duplexes either side. Three of which are listed for short term rental. Each is fully furnished, clean, comfortable, air conned, accommodation offering everything you need for a short stay. Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Laundry is complete. The only thing you share is the views. No cleaning fee and free wifi.
2 seperate Bedrooms the first has a queen bed and the second has 2 single beds. All linen and towels supplied. Enjoy the afternoon breezes, gardens and views on your private verandah.
Located minutes from the town centre of Ipswich this fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment sits high amongst the trees on Rosehill. The apartment is complete with kitchen, separate laundry, 2 large bedrooms 1 x queen size bed and 2 x single beds, lounge room, bathroom with separate toilet and an outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy the prevailing breezes and views. The property is quite and peaceful. A short stroll will take you to Queens Park for a coffee or a meal at the cafe. The unit has been listed on Stayz for nearly ten years and we have hosted guests from Australia and all around the world. Some have stayed 4 nights and some up to 3 months.
The units are not new and are priced accordingly however our aim is to provide comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation for our guests
Our gardens are not manicured so if that is what you need this place is not for you

When I initially looked for a rental this property was the only one available in Ipswich. It looked great online but in person it was even better! Lovely little home for a family to relax in 😌 I loved the personal note that was inside when we arrived. We are heading back up in July & if available I will definitely rent again! Thank you 😊

Nice little cottage however we had to clean the place if mould it was everywhere. Air con filters hadn't been cleaned for months or years. One bed didn't have bedding. Shame this spoilt stay

Relaxed homestay

We had such a comfortable and relaxed stay at the property. Comfortable queen bed and 2 single beds with pillows, blankets and extra blankets were available. Washing machine, fridge, microwave, induction and fully functional kitchen at the property. Small things were taken care of like laundry capsules, body wash, dishwashing liquid and cleaning equipments. There was a big clothes drying rack in backyard. Location wasn't very far off from Coles and other eating places. Highly recommend amd value for money!

Good property for what we needed. The listing was accurate except that there was no dryer in the laundry. Otherwise a good size property, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and the wifi and Netflix all worked well. Easy walk to the park & a café.

ideal base for exploring the greater Ipswich area or even as far as the gold coast/sunshine coast. ideally placed on a hill commanding views from the north to south .

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Rosehill when we were looking for a property in Ipswich. We couldn't believe how secluded it is. Even some real estate agents are not aware of it's existence. Out intention is to one day preserve the old home back to it's original state. The units are our income and Roz loves looking after each one. Cleaning after guests leave and getting it all fresh for the next ones. It's very rewarding. Really makes our day to hear that our travellers have enjoyed their stay and what the property has to offer.
