COEN the host was very obliging and welcoming. Facilities were very good the only thing it got very hot (being summer), and no air conditioning, but the fans sufficed. Central to shopping areas and where we needed to go.Also being pet friendly helped immensely.

As far as being pet friendly the property was pretty unsuitable as it was on a busy road, made very much worse by the fact that the gates to the street could not be closed. This necessitated keeping my dog insde or on a leash the whole time when outside.The kitchen was rudimentary at best.

Great value comfy stay

This was perfect for our group of friends looking for somewhere to affordably stay near ipswich, Coen was suuuuuuper communicative and helpful even offering an extra mattress to make us more comfortable. Had a lovely outdoor spot to relax in and the place had everything we needed to live in for a week. Love the suburban area. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has everything needed for a stay away from home. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if anyone wants to. A small shopping centre is only minutes away and has the best fish and chip shop. There is a little sofa bed in the living area that has a trampoline base. It is so comfortable. I had a few questions for the host and he answered promptly every time. If I had to stay in Ipswich again I would check the vacancy for this place first.

Welcoming decor

The property was clean and well presented. Minor frustration trying to get the TV to work and no response re appliances not working. Overall a good stay, clean, welcoming and private. Would stay again when in the area visiting relatives.

Avoid this property. It says it has a kitchenette, but the water is 10 metres away in the bathroom. The microwave is on a dodgy shelf on an angle and looks like it will fall soon. And in sub-tropical Brisbane with the temps in the mid-30's we were shocked to find NO AIR-CONDITIONING. To add insult to injury, we received a very rude message from the owner demanding payment for a damaged TV that we did not use or even touch. So if you have to stay here for lack of choice, make sure you check everything first so that they can't make fraudulent claims against you.
