Welcome to Bay of Plenty, located within the stunning Seafront Estate complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. Bay of Plenty offers two-storey oceanfront accommodation with balcony overlooking Jurien Bay's stunning coastline.
Bay of Plenty sleeps 9 guests with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with enough car parking for 3 vehicles you can fit the whole family.
Walking into the property downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 bunk beds. These bedrooms share a toilet and bathroom. Located next to the laundry room which has a washing machine to conveniently wash your clothes. From the downstairs lounge room (with a smart tv) you can walk out into the courtyard and straight across the road to the beachfront. You can use the external shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach!
Up the stairs you will walk into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric cook top and oven. Airconditioning in the lounge area will keep you comfortable while cooking up a feast or using the smart tv to sit down and unwind. This open plan room overlooks the balcony area giving you gorgeous views of the bay. The master bedroom upstairs is equipped with a ceiling fan and walk in cupboard, as well as its own ensuite and toilet.
This Unit has Wi-Fi.
This property has a Delonghi Espresso Coffee Machine (Pods Not Supplied)
The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queen beds, 1 x Tri-bunk bed and 1x Single Bunk bed.
Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
There is also a boat in the driveway that cannot be moved and is not for hire/use of guest/s.
This unit has space for 3 Vehicles.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties.
