Westlake is a modern furnished house ready for your escape to the beach. This property has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Ceiling fans & reverse cycle air-conditioning in living areas & ceiling fans in all bedrooms (except the bunk bedroom), well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer & dishwasher, large yard and driveway with access for boat parking. Laundry facilities (sorry no dryer)

The Shed is not for the use of Guests.

This property will Only Sleep a Maximum of 6 Adults and 4 Children, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens, 2 x King Singles & 2 x Bunk beds (Bunks NOT Suitable FOR Adults).

A surcharge of 20 per person per night applies when over 4 adults at property.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
