Queen sleeper sofa in living room to accommodate extra guests. Ceramic tile in kitchen, dining and living room areas. Carpet in bedrooms. Upgraded kitchen and bath. New lounge furniture and full size washer/dryer in condo. Premium cable and telephone with free long distance calls throughout America.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved
This condo provides complimentary bikes (2), 6 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Boogie Boards, floats and a portable BBQ grill.
1 Pet 25lbs or less, $150.00 Non -refundable pet fee and additional $250.00 Pet security deposit , current shot records are required.
Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.
