Why they chose this property
I really like this house for a rental. My wife bought this when it was a 2 bedroom house and added 2 king suites. The 2 kings and 1 queen bedrooms have large sliding glass doors that look out on to the fenced in pool area. Each of the bedrooms has blackout shades for late sleeping and added privacy. The bedrooms are very private, quiet . The back hall that leads to the king suits is oversized at 5' wide. The house is set back off the road on a 18,000 sqft lot.
What makes this property unique
UPDATE. The pool was installed, to be completed June 20, 2020. 10X28 in ground 8' deep gunite pool that will be saltwater not chlorine. The pool has heat. The pool area has a 6'fence for your privacy.
