The Perfect Holiday Home
Welcome to The Perfect Holiday Home in Sussex Inlet! This delightful holiday rental offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for your next getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to nine guests, making it perfect for family getaways.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen, towels and pillowcases are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside Only)
- No Wifi
Inside
As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in the inviting lounge room upstairs. To the left, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, providing a private and convenient space for some of guests. Continuing through the house, you'll discover the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which are seamlessly integrated into the same room.
Heading downstairs, you'll find a second lounge room, adding an extra area for relaxation and entertainment. The remaining two bedrooms and another bathroom are also located on this level, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. From the lower level, you have direct access to the backyard, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor environment.
Outside
One of the highlights of this holiday home is the balcony. It offers a picturesque outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Complete with a BBQ and various outdoor furniture, the balcony is perfect for alfresco dining or simply unwinding in the fresh air. The stairs from the balcony lead down to the large backyard, providing additional outdoor space to enjoy.
One of the great advantages of The Perfect Holiday Home is that it welcomes pets, although they are only allowed outside. This makes it an excellent choice for guests traveling with furry friends.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
