The second level incorporates a large parent’s retreat with a lounge, television, en suite and balcony overlooking the river and nature reserve. On the lower level are two bathrooms. The main downstairs bathroom includes a large bathtub for families with young children. The other bathroom doubles as a laundry equipped with a washing machine, deep sink, iron and ironing board.
The large downstairs living area faces the inlet waterway and nature reserve. With a modern open plan design, adjoining the living area is a ten-seat dining table and fully serviced kitchen. Through the kitchen you will find a convenient butler’s pantry which includes a large two door fridge-freezer, microwave, plentiful storage and food preparation benchtops.
On the lower level deck overlooking the nature reserve and waterway is a 6-burner gas BBQ and alfresco dining area for those warm summer evenings. Sussex Court has air conditioning for the summer escape, and wood fireplace for the winter retreat. All areas of the lower level are wheelchair accessible by a wide ramp from ground level.
Adjoining the large living/loungeroom is an office space with a wide desk and office chair under windows that face the nature reserve and waterway. Sussex Court also has NBN Broadband for business or entertainment purposes.
The riverfront side of the property flows onto a public reserve that is popular with native wildlife including resident kangaroos, kookaburras, galahs and rosellas. The pristine river is suitable for recreational fishing, water sports (including kayaking, sailing and motor boating) and swimming.
