The property was very good for our pets and the location was excellent. The BBQ was very dirty and had to be fully cleaned prior to us using it. There was a problem with the oven where the element caught fire.
Nice location, clean house, inclusions such as linen, towels etc would have been nice.
Old kitchen and utensils, but served the purpose. Would stay again.
Toilet roll holder fell off the wall.Toilet taps swivel when trying to turn on.Bathroom basin to small.A wire basket to hold toiletries in shower in a 400 a night house.A plastic basket to hold toiletries over basin in a 400 a night house. No where to hold soap or shampoo on bath.
Nice house for weekend stays ezy to keep clean we will be back

Great Location
Property was in a great location with an easy walk into town. Beds were old and the bunk bed didnt have a rail on top to stop kids rolling off.Would be a much better property with some new beds and furniture. The TV was small.I had to pick up a number of dog poo from previous guests.

Needs an overhaul - bring your disinfectant
Location is great, but the vibe of this home is: inherited home with minimal amount of work done to make it a viable holiday let.Theres’s family photos on the walls of we assume the original owners so the whole time you feel like a guest at Granma’s, rather than in a holiday home. It needs a very deep clean; the grime in the kitchen drawers and cupboards is yuck, as is the toilet door and carpets that appear to be original to the home. The strip lighting in the living room and minimal decoration is stark and makes it hard to feel comfortable and relaxed. Also if you’re not thin you won’t be able to fit into the toilet, and you’d have to use the one out the back.

On the water but definitely not paradise!
The house is old and has not been renovated since it was built, other than the bathroom and some floating floor.
The furniture is hodgepodge, old, stained and some even broken. The house wasn’t very clean and it was dark inside. The backyard was nice and it did. have its own jetty which was nice for a swim, but that was the only positive.
For the price we paid, we were very disappointed with this place. If I owned it, I would be ashamed to rent it out in its current state.
Great location and price for boat people for no frills accommodation.
Great location for boat people, great price.
House interior furnishings very out dated and old, but for us that was fine as because we're not fussy and waterfront property for boat was more important to us.
We were so disappointed to find the dart board out the back in the pics was fake. We even brought our own darts from home to play. Either replace with actual dartboard or throw it in the bin.
Stove needs either stickers or markings put on it for temp control, as they are worn off and and difficult to cook with.
Bedside lamps didn't work,
Lava lamp didn't work,
Grass could have been mowed.
The house was tidy BUT hair in and around bath, front door lock stuck, chopping boards were vile, clothes line needed fixing, smoke detector disconnected, dining chairs coming apart, outside toilet grubby.
We enjoyed the holiday. Regards Colin
