Limoilou est à 8 minutes en autobus ou en voiture du Vieux Québec. Il est aussi possible d'emprunter le sentier de la rivière St Charles pour s y rendre en moins de 30 minutes. C'est une ville à découvrir à travers ses quartiers riches en couleurs, une communauté engagée, différente et très accueillante. Vous serez charmés.

A Modern Efficiency in Limoilou

The building is new and the common spaces have an industrial techno appearance: sturdy, clean and attractive. It is very secure. The apartment (Le Picasso) is an efficiency in which we found everything we needed. It's on the second floor, very quiet, with a nice street view and a large balcony. The bed was excellent! Climate control worked flawlessly, and quietly. Shopping and restaurants are nearby also, although the larger supermarkets are a bit further away! We had a wonderful week in Quebec with no worries!

Great apartment, nice neighborhood!

The Le Picaso apartment is in a newer building. It has a very nice design and seems very secure. The apartment was very clean when we checked in. The balcony was well equipped with a table, chairs and a lovely large plant; we ate several meals out there. The apartment was also well equipped! The neighborhood is wonderful with anything you'd need within walking distance. The larger stores are a bit further away; for example, there is a Walmart about 1.1 miles from the apartment (we walked there once and drove on another occasion!). Off-street parking is included also! We liked this apartment very much. It's great for one or two people, perhaps even more (the sofa seems to be a futon that can fold down to a bed).

Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir à Québec et de vous aider à découvrir notre belle ville. Mon conjoint Pedro et moi sommes passionnés par les voyages et adorons rencontrer des gens provenant de partout dans le monde. Au plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre charmant quartier!

Nous avons décider d'investir dans le vieux Limoilou car le quartier a beaucoup a offrir et ce depuis plusieurs années. Il est riche en histoire et archéologie, petites familles et ainées se côtoient dans les rues, ambiance récréative, artistique et sécuritaire.

Le studio Le Picasso est une porte ouverte sur notre beau quartier, on s'y sent chez soi et à la fois ailleurs. J'adore ce studio pour son espace et sa luminosité.
