High floor, air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 comfortably (plus a blow up mattress if needed) with 2 bathrooms, access to the building pool and gym and one free car parking space. Stunning panoramic views overlooking all of Dubai Marina and out to the sea and Palm Jumeirah. Enjoy sitting on the balcony with perfect views of the fireworks on special holiday dates or the skydivers parachutes daily.
Make yourself at home in the apartment with pantry items available, books to read, games to play, Wii System and all those extra little comforts you appreciate when you are away from home.
Located in a popular cluster of JLT, with multiple bars and restaurants just downstairs as well as parks, playgrounds, lake, exercise tracks and basketball courts. The building has easy access to taxis and Ubers or is a short, flat paved walk to Damac Properties Metro Station which will link you to all of Dubai, or continue to walk a pleasant 15 minutes across the walk bridge to Dubai Marina for shopping or Jumeirah Beach for a free swim.
This is a very clean non smoking and pet free home. Please relax, enjoy and treat my home as your own.
