PENTHOUSE ONE BEDROOM - King sized bed condo ON THE BEACH with breathtaking views. Enjoy a glass of wine on the large balcony while watching the blue ocean or looking at the yachts passing by on the intercostal.
Fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and extraordinary vacation. The condo is prettily furnished with a KING-sized bed equipped with a comfortable memory foam/cooler gel mattress.
Spacious walk-in closet, linen closet and lots of storage space. Amenities including a flat TV
with complementary cable and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, there is also a laundry facility on the same floor. You will be pampered by complementary valet parking service,
beautiful waterfall hot-tub to a state of the art gym facing the ocean. Relax at the beach lounges and umbrellas provided by the condo, free of charge or by
the Olympic swimming pool.
Only a few blocks from the 2.6 miles Hollywood boardwalk with many attractions and restaurants.
